Specifically, the present invention allows a remote system to establish trust in the properties of the computer system. The properties to be trusted are expanded from the usual system software layers and related configuration files to novel types of data such as static data specific to the computer system, dynamic data determined at system startup, or dynamic data created as the computer system runs applications.

Remedial action(s) are performed in response to malicious activities being deduced as being malicious by the correlating. Another method includes determining that network activity at a specific time is deemed to be suspicious. Using IP addresses involved in the suspicious network activity, computer system(s) are determined that are sources of the suspicious network activity. Based on the specific time and the determined computer system(s), application(s) are determined that are executing on the determined computer system(s) that are causing the suspicious network activity. Um insbesondere für neuartige, sensitive Packmittel aus nachhaltigen Rohstoffen, z.B. Packmittel aus Papier oder biologisch abbaubarem Kunststoff oder Monomaterialien, oder Packmittel mit einer Barriereschicht, eine dichte Versiegelung der Verpackung zu gewährleisten, umfasst das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren folgende Schritte:- Schritt A: Bereitstellen eines heißsiegelfähigen Packmittels (P).- Schritt B: Bereitstellen der kleinstückigen Artikel, vorzugsweise in Reihe entlang wenigstens einer Artikelbahn.- Schritt C: Beaufschlagen des Packmittels (P) mit Heizenergie, sodass sich das Packmittel (P) in einem Siegelbereich (PL, PQ) im Vergleich zu einem davon abweichenden Funktionsbereich (PF) erwärmt.- Schritt D: Bilden einer Verpackung um wenigstens einen der Artikel aus dem mit Heizenergie beaufschlagten Packmittel (P).- Schritt E: Versiegeln der Verpackung im Siegelbereich (PL, PQ) des Packmittels (P).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verdrillen von Bindedraht mit einem axial verschiebbaren Drillkopf an einer Drahtbindemaschine zum Binden eines Bündels. Dieses wird dadurch erreicht, daß unabhängig von der Form des Bündels (1) der Drillkopf (13) in eine gleiche Ausgangsstellung zu dem Bündel (1) gebracht und von diesem mit einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Umdrehungen zum Verdrillen der gekreuzten Endabschnitte des Bindedrahtes (2) in axialer Richtung fortbewegt wird, wobei das vordere Ende des Bindedrahtes (2) freigegeben und sein hinteres Ende von dem fortlaufenden Bindedraht (2) abgetrennt wird und die freien Endabschnitte weiter verdrillt werden und anschließend der Drillkopf (13) axial in entgegengesetzter Richtung in seine Ausgangsstellung zu dem Bündel (1) verschoben wird, wobei die unverdrillten Enden des Bindedrahtes (2) mit einem Andrückelement in Richtung des Bündels (1) seitlich an die Verdrillung angelegt werden.
