The invention provides a novel hydroxylamine compound, i.e. N,N-bissubstituted-O-trialkyl silicon-based hydroxylamine compound, belonging to the technical field of chemical synthesis. The invention provides chalcone-containing acylthiourea compounds and a preparation method and use thereof and belongs to the technical field of chemical synthesis. The compounds are prepared by reacting acyl chloride with ammonium thiocyanate in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst in a protonic solvent to obtain acylisosulfocyante, reacting acylisosulfocyante with aminoacetophenone to obtain N-benzoyl-N'-acetylphenylthiourea, and performing condensation of N-benzoyl-N'-acetylphenylthiourea and aromatic aldehydes under an alkaline condition to obtain target compounds. The chalcone-containing acylthiourea compounds prepared by the invention have carbonyl, vinyl, acyl and thiourea functional groups and belong to bioactive materials having multiple functional groups. Initial bioactivity tests show that the materials have regulating effect on the growth of dicotyledonous rape seeds.
