【課題】機械的性質、電気的性質、耐熱性等を低下させずに、非晶性熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの滑り性向上が期待でき、損傷させずに容易に製造できる非晶性熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】成形材料1を用いた成形法により、200℃以上のガラス転移点を有する非晶性熱可塑性樹脂フィルム4を製造する方法で、成形材料1を、200℃以上のガラス転移点を有する非晶性熱可塑性樹脂100質量部と、滑り性に資する疎水性シリカ球状微粒子0.1〜20質量部により調製するとともに、この成形材料1の含水率を2000ppm以下とし、成形材料1を溶融押出成形機20に投入してダイス23から薄膜の非晶性熱可塑性樹脂フィルム4を連続して溶融押出成形し、非晶性熱可塑性樹脂フィルム4を一対の圧着ロール26、冷却ロール27、及びこれらの下流に位置する巻取管29に巻架して製造する。【選択図】図2
