A first embodiment is a method for semiconductor processing. The method comprises forming a component on a wafer in a chamber; determining a non-uniformity of the plasma in the chamber, the determining being based at least in part on the component on the wafer; and providing a material on a surface of the chamber corresponding to the non-uniformity. The forming the component includes using a plasma. The material can have various shapes, compositions, thicknesses, and/or placements on the surface of the chamber. Other embodiments include a chamber having a material on a surface to control a plasma uniformity. 1. A method for semiconductor processing , the method comprising:forming a component on a wafer in a chamber, the forming including using a plasma;determining a non-uniformity of the plasma in the chamber, the determining being based at least in part on the component on the wafer; andproviding a material on a surface of the chamber corresponding to the non-uniformity.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming the component includes a high density plasma deposition.3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the determining the non-uniformity of the plasma includes determining a variation on a substrate surface.4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the material is selected from the group consisting essentially of aluminum oxide (AlO) claim 1 , titanium oxide (TiO) claim 1 , iron (Fe) claim 1 , or a combination thereof.5. The method of the present invention comprises: (1) capturing mRNA of a cell by using a cell tag carrier, and performing reverse transcription to obtain cDNA having a cell tag, cDNAs from the same cell having the same cell tag, and cDNAs from different cells having different cell tags; (2) obtaining multiple cDNA fragments having molecular tags by using a transposase complex and a molecular tag carrier, the fragments from the same cDNA having the same molecular tag, and the fragments from different cDNAs having different molecular tags; (3) performing high-throughput sequencing; (4) performing sequence assembly according to the molecular tags to obtain the sequence of each mRNA; and obtaining the sequence of all mRNAs of each single cell according to the cell tags. The method provided by the present invention can be used for obtaining the sequence of all mRNAs of each of a large number of single cells by means of high throughput. 1. A method for obtaining sequences of mRNA molecules of a single cell , comprising the steps of:(a) utilizing a carrier with cell tag to capture mRNA molecules of the single cell, followed by performing a reverse transcription reaction to obtain cDNA molecules with cell tags,(b) utilizing a transposase complex and a carrier with molecule tag to obtain cDNA fragments with molecule tags,(c) high-throughput sequencing the cDNA fragments with the molecule tags obtained in step (b), and(d) assembling sequencing results obtained in step (c) to obtain sequence of each mRNA molecule according to the molecule tag and obtaining sequences of all the mRNA molecules in each single cell according to the cell tag,wherein the carrier with cell tag is a solid carrier carrying a cell tag,the carrier with molecule tag is a solid carrier carrying a molecule tag,each cDNA molecule derived from one same single cell has a same cell tag and the cDNA molecules derived from different single cells have ...

We provide compositions and methods to enhance the anti-cancer specificity of chimeric antigen receptor natural killer cells (CAR-NK) by activating them against cancer antigens while inhibiting them against human leukocyte antigen DR (HLA-DR). HLA-DR is reportedly lost or downregulated in a substantial proportion of hematologic malignancies. An anti-HLA-DR inhibitory CAR (iCAR) is provided to effectively suppress NK cell activation against HLA-DR-expressing cells. Dual CAR-NK cells, which co-express the anti-CD19 or anti-CD33 activating CAR and the anti-HLA-DR iCAR, can preferentially target HLA-DR-negative cells over HLA-DR-positive cells in vitro . The HLA-DR-mediated inhibition is positively correlated with both iCAR and HLA-DR densities. Surrounding cells that express HLA-DR do not affect the target selectivity of the dual CAR-NK cells. We have confirmed that HLA-DR-positive cells are resistant to dual CAR-NK cell-mediated killing in a xenograft mouse model. This can be used for enhancing CAR-NK and CAR-T cell specificity against malignancies with HLA-DR loss.

The method further includes contacting the first layer of the first ceramic material, the second layer of the second ceramic material, or both with a saturant. The method further includes heating the first layer of the first ceramic material, the second layer of the second ceramic material, or both to a temperature in a range of from about 50° C. to about 300° C. The method further includes applying pressure to the first layer of the first ceramic material, the second layer of the second ceramic material, or both. The pressure can be in a range of from about 10 kPa to about 800 MPa. The method further includes at least partially dissolving a portion of an external surface of a ceramic particle of the first layer of the first ceramic material, the second layer of the second ceramic material, or both. The method further includes fusing a portion of the dissolved portion of the external surface of the ceramic particle to from a product having a density in a range of from about 65% to about 100% relative to a corresponding fully densified product and optionally containing no organic binder.
