The invention relates to a method for detecting the leakproofness of an extruding single-rail weld joint of polyethylene geomembrane, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) laying a metal wire at a weld joint of a detection area before welding; (2) scanning the weld joint by adopting an electric spark detector; and (3) judging whether the electric sparks appear or not, if the electric sparks do not appear, indicating that the leakproofness of a scanned area is excellent, and if the electric sparks appear, indicating that the leakproofness of the scanned area is disqualified. Through the method, the leakproofness of the weld joint of the polyethylene geomembrane can be detected quickly and accurately.

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) coating a surfactant on a detection region; (2) reducing the pressure at the detection region to 25-35kPa; and (3) judging whether bubbles occur at the detection region in 10 seconds, wherein if bubbles do not occur, the sealing property of the detection region is qualified, and if the bubbles occur, the sealing property of the detection region is not qualified. Method for detecting safety of welding line of geomembrane by using positive pressure

The invention relates to a method for detecting the airtightness of a hot-melt double-track welding line of polyethylene geomembrane. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) making the upper and lower films of a detected area form a cavity; (2) inserting a pinhead connected with an inflation device into the cavity and inflating until the air pressure in the cavity reaches 250kPa; (3) judging the change of the air pressure in the cavity within 3 to 5 minutes, if the air pressure does not drop or is no lower than 240kPa, indicating that the airtightness of the welding line of the detected area is qualified, and if the air pressure drops to lower than 240kPa, indicating that the airtightness of the welding line of the detected area is unqualified; and (4) pulling the pinhead out to exhaust air and closing a pinhole. The detection method can effectively and quickly detect the airtightness of the hot-melt double-track welding line of the polyethylene geomembrane.
