The technique involves using a probe with very smooth surface, a thin layer lubricant (20-30Å)that enables the intimate and stable electrical contact between probe and the thin film, and measurement of I-V curve to determine resistance. Resistivity measurements were conducted on carbon films doped with hydrogen and nitrogen at different mixture ratios and different thicknesses, and the results were compared with those obtained on a commercially available machine that uses a mercury probe. The advantages of the present technique include simple in use, less expensive and quick measurements with reasonably good accuracy.

Fabrication process variations cause measured e-parameters and measured size e-parameters of the semiconductor arrangement to vary from original design parameters of the original device model. Accordingly, a partial set of e-parameters and a partial set of size e-parameters are measured from the semiconductor arrangement, and are expanded into a full set of e-parameters and a full set of size e-parameters using e-parameter derivation and size-centric derivation. The original device model is retargeted using the full set of e-parameters and the full set of size e-parameters to create a new device model that more accurately represents the real-world or fabricated semiconductor arrangement.

In generating the hash kay, symmetry constraints for a request packet and a response packet through a same communication channel are computed. The symmetry constraints include at least a condition where the LSBs of a hash value corresponding to a source or destination IP address of the request packet are equal to the LSBs of a hash value corresponding to a destination or source IP address of the response packet, wherein the LSBs of the hash value of the request and response packets are of a number same as the number of LSBs used for indexing the indirection table. Stamp a plurality of terminals together with a plurality of clamping portions and a clamping element having a material belt. Insert and fix the plurality of the terminals together with the plurality of the clamping portions to a material carrier, and place the material belt above the material carrier. The invention relates to an aqueous two-component adhesive and use thereof, in particular to the use for laminating a rigid substrate and a plastic film, a laminated product comprising the adhesive, and a method for producing a laminated product. The aqueous two-component adhesive comprises component A and component B, the component A comprising more than 50% by weight and not more than 99% by weight of an aqueous polyurethane dispersion; the B component comprising 1% by weight to 16% by weight of water-dispersible modified polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate, the above weight percentage based on the amount of the adhesive being 100% by weight; wherein the aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises polyurethane dispersed therein, the enthalpy of melting of the polyurethane being 26 to 100 J/g, preferably 30 to 100 J/g, particularly preferably 30 to 60 J/g, measured at 20° C. to 100° C. for the first heating curve by DSC according to DIN65467 (1999). The aqueous two-component adhesive has the advantages of safety and environmental protection, excellent performance and low laminating temperature. 1.
