The invention provides a storage method of angelica keiskei. The storage method comprises the following steps in sequence of: processing raw materials; preparing preservative; placing the angelica keiskei into baskets; pre-cooling for 2 to 4 hours at 2 to 3 DEG C under 30 to 50kPa along with relative humidity of 90 to 95% in a vacuum way; stacking in an air-conditioned cold storage after the pre-cooling; adding 1 to 3% of preservative based on the mass of stored angelica keiskei per basket; feeding mixed gas into the cold storage, wherein the mixed gas includes 3 to 5% of O2, 2 to 4% of CO2, and 91 to 95% of N2 by volume fraction; storing at 0 to 1 DEG C with relative humidity of 90 to 95%; and then packaging and outgoing.
