The invention relates to a preparation method of phosphorite-slag-blended concrete, which comprises the following steps: weighing water, cement, sand and gravel in a mass ratio of (0.55-1.2):(1-1.5):(1.85-2.5):(3.72-4.23), mixing with a concrete mixer for 2-5 minutes, grinding phosphorite slag by ball milling, screening out 100-300-mesh phosphorite slag, and adding into a mixer to continue mixing for 1-4 minutes, wherein the phosphorite slag blended into the concrete accounts for 30-50 wt% of the sand; and adding 0.02-1% of water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3/10000 of air entraining agent, 0.5-1% of glycol ether/pentanol and 2-5% of sodium sulfate/calcium hydroxide, and mixing for 90-120 seconds to obtain the finished product. The method is simple. Compared with the concrete without phosphorite slag, the phosphorite-slag-blended concrete has obviously higher strength property, higher limit tensile elasticity, higher compact water impermeability and higher rolling crack resistance.
