Subsequently, when an application soft 21 outputs an input/output request (read, write, etc.) of the hard disk device 24 to the fundamental input/output system 22, the fundamental input/output system 22 decides ON or OFF of the power source of the hard disk device 24. In case of OFF, the power source of the hard disk device 24 is turned ON, and there after, the initialization of HDC and HDD is executed, and thereafter, an input/ output processing of the hard disk device 24 is executed.
