A railway tank car for loading and transporting the media like viscous oil comprises a tank body (1), traction bolsters (2), a heating device (3), an end ladder, and a guard rail (5) for a running board. The heating device (3) is provided on the exterior of the tank body (1), and comprises heating pipes and a heat-insulating sleeve thereof. The heat-insulating sleeve is provided on the exterior of the heating pipes. The heating pipe is composed of a tubular object with an opening and the tank body (1) welded together, and the tank body (1) is also a component part of the heating pipes. The heating pipe comprises a gas inlet joint and a water outlet.
