The presence of an undesired material such as water removes the coating to allow the uniquely colored tracer dye to be released during production. A process for preparing a molybdenum sulfide-based catalyst comprises drying a precipitated molybdenum sulfide-based catalyst precursor, for example, a wet filter cake, such that a particulate catalyst precursor, containing from 12 to 15 percent by weight water, is formed. A multi-zone formation has a plurality of sliding sleeve valves for selective access to the formation from the wellbore. Each of the sliding sleeves has a unique latch profile such that an initial dart with a matching profile will land on the predetermined sleeve. With all the sliding sleeves initially in the position where access ports are closed the sleeve that gets the first dart has pressure applied to shift that sleeve to the ports open position for well treatment. Thereafter, a second dart lands on the first effectively closing the ports just opened. Further pressure closes the sliding sleeve and blows both darts to hole bottom. Any other sleeve can then be selected with a unique profile that matches another sliding sleeve and the process repeats. An instrumented batting system measures a bat speed and an exit velocity as a batter swings a bat and initiates contact between the bat and a ball positioned on a batting tee assembly. The batting tee assembly includes a bat speed radar device and an exit velocity radar device each in communication with a computing device. The bat speed radar device emits a radar beam that intersects a swing plane of the batter in a direction generally toward an expected position of the batter. The exit velocity radar device emits another radar beam that intersects a flight path of the ball in another direction generally away from the expected position of the batter. The system determines the bat speed and exit velocity using the radar beams, calculates a batting metric based on the bat speed and exit velocity, and displays the swing metric using a computing device.

A system of apparatus for arcuate drilling into the earth is disclosed which comprises a drill string extending into a well bore in the earth and a fluid operated drill motor and drill bit operated thereby secured on the bottom end of the drill string. The drill motor is connected at its upper end to the drill string and at its lower end to the drill bit for rotating the drill bit independently of rotation of the drill string. The drill motor has a tubular drive section housing constructed of non-magnetic material, preferably a Beta-C titanium alloy containing titanium, aluminum, vanadium, chromium, zirconium and molybdenum in the proportions Ti-3Al-8V-6Cr-4Zr-4Mo. The longitudinal axis of the drill motor housing has its upper and lower ends angularly displaced from the longitudinal axis of its central portion end for directing the axis of rotation of the drill bit such that it is angularly displaced from the axis of the drill string for effecting a curved path for the wellbore. An orienting/circulating/float sub constructed of non-magnetic material, preferably Beta-C titanium alloy, connected above the drill motor. A drill collar constructed of non-magnetic material, preferably Beta-C titanium alloy, is connected to the upper end of the orienting/circulating/float sub. The drill collar may be of a one-piece Beta-C titanium alloy with integral threaded ends or may have separate threaded end pieces of steel or Beta-C titanium alloy welded thereon. A survey tool is positioned in and surrounded by the orienting/circulating/float sub. A drilling rig, instruments and controls positioned on the earth surface and connected by wire lines and a wet connect to the survey tool. The structure and configuration of the respective components cooperate to facilitate bending through a radius of curvature as short as 20 feet.

An insulating unit is disclosed having a pair of glass sheets about an edge assembly to provide a compartment between the sheets. The edge assembly has a U-shaped spacer made of metal, metal coated plastic, gas and moisture impervious polymer, or gas and moisture impervious film coated polymer. The outer legs of the spacer and the glass provide a long diffusion path to limit the diffusion of argon gas out of the compartment. The edge assembly has materials selected and sized to provide edge assembly having an RES-value of at least 75. Also disclosed is a spacer for use in insulating units including a plastic core having a gas impervious film e.g. a metal film or a halogenated polymer film. Also taught herein are techniques for making the unit and spacer. The unit has a long diffusion path to increase the time period in which insulating glass e.g. Argon gas may be retained in the compartment. The increased RES-value provides a unit that has a low thermal conducting edge. In this manner heat loss through the marginal edge of the unit is reduced.

The pulverizer includes a rotary shell or drum which is mounted for rotation on a slightly tilted axis, and in which materials, including fertilizer chemicals and the like, are fed in a solid state to the interior of the drum for comminution. Particles dropped from the inclined flights on the upturning side of the drum are passed to a breaker means for pulverizing the material. Large particles that remain are collected at the bottom and are received in the inclined flights for again passing to the breaker means, and the tilt of the drum together with the length thereof provide many passes of the material through the breaker until all material spilled from the exit cover end is finely comminuted.

A multi-sheet glazing unit includes a closed spacer frame, the spacer frame has one side having a pair of legs joined to a base to provide the spacer frame with a U-shaped cross-section. A sheet e.g. glass sheet is secured by a moisture-impervious adhesive to outer surface of each of the legs of the spacer frame. One type of sheet retaining members has a horizontal member and a vertical member, and a locking member. The locking member is mounted on the horizontal member spaced from the vertical member to form a groove to hold the inner sheet within the closed interior of the spacer frame. Another type of the sheet retaining member includes a pair of flexible fingers mounted on a platform member, angled away from the platform member toward one another and having their ends spaced from one another to provide a groove to hold the inner sheet within the closed interior of the spacer frame. A method for making the unit is also disclosed.

Um suporte acopla a coluna de direção a uma estrutura de um veículo. Um elemento de travamento de telescópio encaixa a pluralidade de dentes sobre o elemento ligado ao primeiro elemento de coluna de direção. O elemento de travamento de telescópio possui uma primeira posição na qual o elemento de travamento de telescópio encaixa pelo menos um de uma pluralidade de dentes sobre o elemento ligado ao primeiro elemento de coluna de direção para evitar movimento do primeiro elemento de coluna de direção relativamente ao segundo elemento de coluna de direção. O elemento de travamento de telescópio possui uma segunda posição na qual o elemento de travamento de telescópio é afastado por um espaço da pluralidade de dentes sobre o elemento ligado ao primeiro elemento de coluna de direção para permitir movimento axial do primeiro elemento de coluna de direção relativamente ao segundo elemento de coluna de direção. O elemento de travamento de telescópio pressiona o elemento ligado ao primeiro elemento de coluna de direção contra o suporte para impedir que o primeiro elemento de coluna de direção e o elemento ligado ao primeiro elemento de coluna de direção de movimentarem-se relativamente ao suporte quando o elemento de travamento de telescópio encontra-se em sua primeira posição. Magnetic forces are applied to a side of a spacer frame mounted on a glass sheet to maintain the side of the spacer frame in alignment i.e. the plane containing base of the spacer frame perpendicular to the plane containing the surface of the glass to which the spacer frame is adhered. Thereafter a glass sheet is mounted on the other surface of the spacer frame. The sheets are adhered to the spacer frame by a sealant layer. After the sheets are assembled, the sheets are urged toward one another to flow the sealant to seal the space between the sheets.
