L'invention concerne une lampe torche (100) comportant une batterie et deux interrupteurs (112, 196) permettant chacun d'activer une source d'émission de lumière de la lampe. Les interrupteurs sont des interrupteurs à trois positions reliés entre eux et présentent une fonction d'activation momentanée. Des contacts placés sur une partie intermédiaire du cylindre sont destinés à établir le contact avec un dispositif chargeur électrique. A real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-qPCR method for direct detection of circulating miRNAs in serum or plasma without the need of extracting nucleic acids. The operation is simple, the time is shortened, and the preparation of cDNAs is completed within 95 minutes. Compared with the stem-loop method, said method provides a sensitivity increased by several tens or even hundreds of times, establishes a very simple, sensitive, efficient, fast and inexpensive miRNA detection technology system, and is especially suitable for clinical application and for the detection of miRNAs from biological fluid samples having low miRNA abundance. 1. A paper shredder having an electric motor coupled to shredder blades , comprising:a shredder throat having a fixed throat blade and a moveable throat blade disposed opposite the fixed throat blade, wherein the moveable throat blade provides a wide gap shredder throat and a normal gap shredder throat with respect to the fixed throat blade;a cam coupled to the moveable throat blade; anda power control switch engageable with the cam and having an engaged mode and a disengaged mode, wherein the engaged mode corresponds to a normal gap shredder throat, wherein the disengaged mode corresponds to a wide gap shredder throat, wherein in the engaged mode the cam positions the power control switch to provide electrical power to the electric motor, and wherein in the disengaged mode the cam positions the power control switch to block electrical power to the electric motor.2.
