The present disclosure simplifies the H-bridge circuit of the direct current motor for driving the damper (door) that switches the air passages in the indoor unit of an air conditioning device. The control device for an air conditioner that takes in inside or outside air and conditions the air inside an air conditioning unit using an evaporator and a heater core is provided with: a first actuator and a second actuator that drive the multiple dampers installed inside the air conditioning unit for switching the air passages; and three half-bridge circuits that control the first actuator and the second actuator sharing one of the half-bridge circuits. Of the multiple dampers, the first actuator is connected to the inside/outside air switching damper. Of the multiple dampers, the second actuator is connected to at least one air mix damper.

The manufacture method includes an electrode board stamping process, an insulating frame molding process, a punching process, an element fixing process, a bending process and an insulating frame integrating process. Band-shaped plate members which function as heat radiating fins and heat absorbing fins and are integrated with insulating frame members are respectively folded-back in such a manner that the folding-back directions of the band-shaped plate members are alternately reverse to each other in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped plate member. The insulating frame members are joined to each other to be arranged substantially in line, to construct an insulating frame unit. Thus, the component number and the assembly labor can be reduced, while the manufacture quality and the product quality can be improved.

Das Herstellungsverfahren umfasst ein Verbindungsverfahren zum jeweiligen Verbinden von Wärmeaustauschelementen (22, 32) mit Thermoelementpaaren eines thermoelektrischen Elementmoduls (10), ein Tauchverfahren zum Eintauchen des thermoelektrischen Elementmoduls (10) und der Wärmeaustauschelemente (22, 32) in ein Tauchbecken, in dem ein geschmolzenes Isoliermaterial bereitgestellt wird, und ein Trocknungsverfahren zum Trocknen einer Anordnung aus dem thermoelektrischen Elementmodul (10) und den Wärmeaustauschelementen (22, 32), wo in dem Tauchverfahren das Isoliermaterial aufgetragen wurde, so dass eine Isolierschicht (40) ausgebildet wird. Auf diese Weise kann eine elektrische Isolierung bereitgestellt werden, während eine Wärmeaustauschkapazität und eine Luftblaskapazität aufrechterhalten werden.

Die Erfindung vereinfacht den Schaltkreis mit H-Brücke von dem Gleichstrommotor zum Antreiben des Schiebers (Klappe), welcher die Luftdurchlässe in der Inneneinheit von einer Klimaanlagenvorrichtung schaltet. Die Steuerungsvorrichtung für eine Klimaanlage (1), welche Innenluft oder Außenluft einsaugt und die Luft im Inneren einer Klimaanlageneinheit (1A) unter Verwenden eines Verdampfers (6) und eines Heizkerns (7) klimatisiert, ist versehen mit: einem ersten Stellantrieb (M1) und einem zweiten Stellantrieb (M2), welche die mehreren Schieber, welche im Inneren der Klimaanlageneinheit (1A) zum Schalten der Luftdurchlässe eingebaut sind, antreiben; und drei halbüberbrückten Schaltkreisen (31, 32, 33), welche den ersten Stellantrieb (M1) und den zweiten Stellantrieb (M2) unter einem Teilen von einem der halbüberbrückten Schaltkreise (32) steuern. Von den mehreren Schiebern ist der erste Stellantrieb (M1) mit dem Innenluft/Außenluft-Schaltschieber (4) verbunden. Von den mehreren Schiebern ist der zweite Stellantrieb (M2) mit dem mindestens einen Luftmischschieber (11a, 11b) verbunden.
