The process comprises preparing a solution, suspension or emulsion containing a biodegradable polymer, a drug and a solvent; spray drying the solution, suspension or emulsion; and suspending spray-dried microspheres in an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol to remove the residual solvent and increase the hydrophilicity of the microsphere surface. The process enables the preparation of microspheres having high drug encapsulation efficiency, almost not having a toxicity problem due to the residual solvent, and having good syringeability. The microspheres prepared according to the present invention release an effective concentration of a drug in a sustained manner for a predetermined period when administered to the body, and are thus useful in the treatment of diseases.

The cable substrate of claim 1 , wherein the slit portion extends in a direction from one end of the insulating layer to the other end of the insulating layer.3. The cable substrate of claim 1 , wherein the dummy pattern is disposed on a region of the insulating layer in contact with an end portion of the slit portion in a direction in which the slit portion extends.4. The cable substrate of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of a side surface of the dummy pattern is coplanar with at least a portion of an inner wall of the slit portion.5. The method of claim 2 , further comprising terminating the parent process and the child process when the state of the parent process is the traced state.4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising terminating the child process when the parent process is terminated.5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the monitoring of the state of the child process comprises:acquiring a process state value in a process control block of the child process by the parent process; andchecking whether a process state value of the child process is in a traced or stopped state.6. The present invention relates to nanoemulsions, the use thereof and preparation method thereof wherein, nanoemulsions contain polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene vitamin E as emulsifiers and polyacrylic acid or polyacrylic acid derivative crosspolymers as emulsion assistants, In the present invention nanoemulsions containing POP-POE vitamin E as emulsifiers and polyacrylic acid or polyacrylic acid derivative crosspolymers as emulsion assistants have a very small mean droplet diameter ranging from 43 to 96 nm and are very stable and safe. By using the nanoemulsions described above the inventors prepared nanoemulsion cosmetic compositions with a much smaller mean droplet diameter than nanoemulsions prepared only with emulsifiers, polyoxypropylene-polyoxycthylcne vitamin E. The nanoemulsion cosmetic compositions in the present invention have good effects such as skin softening, skin moisturizing, improving dry atopy skin, skin firming and good spreadability when applied on the skin. Particularly, nanoemulsion skin treating compositions in present invention have an advantage of having a long lasting effect of skin treating due to the favorable penetration of active drug components into the skin.
