A microfluidic device for culturing cells, termed a microscale cell culture analog (μCCA), is provided. A method of manufacturing a display device comprising:forming a preliminary resin layer of a liquid on the display panel;semi-hardening an edge of the preliminary resin layer;aligning a window on the preliminary resin layer; andfully hardening the entire preliminary resin layer to form a resin layer.2. The method of claim 1 , whereinthe preliminary resin layer includes a photo-hardening material.3. The method of claim 1 , whereinthe display panel is a flexible substrate.4. The method of claim 1 , whereinthe window and the display panel have an edge with a curved surface.5. The method of claim 4 , whereinthe semi-hardening is performed by using a mask having a transmissive region corresponding to the edge for exposure.6. The method of claim 5 , whereinan exposure is performed with a wavelength of 350 nm to 390 nm during a time of 5 seconds to 30 seconds for the semi-hardening.7. The present invention relates to a passivation film deposition method for a light-emitting diode, comprising the steps of: depositing, on an upper part of a light-emitting diode of a substrate, a first passivation film having a silicon nitride (SiNx); and depositing, on an upper part of the first passivation film, a second passivation film having a silicon oxide (SiOx), wherein the ratio of the thickness of the first passivation film to the thickness of the second passivation film is 0.2-0.4:1. 1. A passivation film deposition method for a light-emitting diode , the method comprising:depositing a first protection layer formed of silicon nitride (SiNx) on a light-emitting diode of a substrate; anddepositing a second protection layer formed of silicon oxide (SiOx) on the first protection layer,wherein a ratio of a thickness of the first protection layer and a thickness of the second protection layer is 0.2 to 0.4:1.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein a total thickness of the passivation film including the first protection layer and the second protection layer is 50 to 180 nm.3. The method of claim 2 , wherein a thickness of the first protection layer is 10 to 40 nm and a thickness of the second protection layer is 40 to 140 nm.4. It is provided a method of manufacturing a display device for which the damage caused to the display panel due to processing at high temperatures is reduced. The method of manufacturing a display device includes: preparing a carrier substrate including a surface treated region; laying a mother substrate on the carrier substrate; progressing a process of forming a thin film on the mother substrate; and separating the carrier substrate from the mother substrate by using the surface treated region as an initial separation point. Bonding is formed between the carrier substrate and the mother substrate during forming the thin film over the areas that are not surface treated. The two substrates may be separated by disposing permeating oil on the surface treated region wherefrom oil permeates through the remaining regions by osmotic pressure. This way damage caused to the display panel during thin film processing is reduced. 1. A method of manufacturing a display device , comprising:forming a surface treated first region on a carrier substrate;coupling a mother substrate with the carrier substrate;forming a thin film on the mother substrate; andseparating the carrier substrate and the mother substrate by using the first region as an initial separation point.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the carrier substrate further comprises a second region and when coupling the mother substrate with the carrier substrate claim 1 , static electricity exists in the second region.3. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a liquid crystal display device including: a first substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the first substrate; a first electrode connected to the thin film transistor; and a first alignment layer disposed on the first electrode. The first alignment layer includes: a copolymer formed from at least one compound of cyclobutane dianhydride (CBDA) and a cyclobutane dianhydride derivative, and a first diaminean including alkylene group (—CH, k being a natural number); and a cross-linking agent including an alkylene group (—CH, n being a natural number), wherein the copolymer includes polyimide. 1. A photoalignment agent , comprising:{'sub': k', '2k−, '(a) a copolymer formed from at least one compound of cyclobutanedianhydride (CBDA) and a cyclobutanedianhydride derivative, and a first diamine including alkylene group (—CH, k being a natural number); and'}{'sub': n', '2n−, '(b) a cross-linking agent including an alkylene group (—CH, n being a natural number).'}7. The photoalignment agent of claim 1 , wherein the copolymer includes polyamic acid.8. The photoalignment agent of claim 1 , further comprising:at least one solvent of N-methyl-2-pyrolidone (NMP) and 2-butyl cellosolve.9.
