The invention discloses a bridge bored pile hole wall opening protection method, which is used for protecting a hole wall opening of a bridge bored pile, which is provided with a sand covering layer and a crushed rock layer. The method comprises the following steps of: a, building a construction platform; b, inserting a steel casing in the construction platform to make the steel casing embedded in the crushed rock layer; c, arranging a drilling machine on the construction platform, and pre-drilling the steel casing to form pre-bored holes; d, pulling out the drilling machine, and inserting small casings into the pre-bored holes, wherein the small casings are provided with a plurality of stop lever holes and grouting nozzles; e, arranging stop levers in the stop lever holes, and arranging grouting devices on the grouting nozzles; and f, grouting by using the grouting devices, and detaching the grouting devices after the slurry is primarily cured.
