A method for preparing N ,N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1 ,2-ethylenediamine , comprising:a) in a high-pressure reactor, adding 1.00-2.00 wt % of a Co—Mn—Al catalyst and 33.21-38.53 wt % of a dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether-LiOH solution based on a weight of N,N′-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-1,2-ethylenediamine (BCNEDA) as a base material;b) in an environment of a temperature of 110-130° C. and a pressure of 700-900 psi, gradually pumping BCNEDA into the reactor under high speed stirring using a syringe pump within 3 hours;c) after pumping, allowing the mixture to continue reaction at 120° C.;d) using gas chromatography (GC) to verify that conversion of BCNEDA reaches 100% and finishing the reaction; ande) a yield of N,N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,2-ethylenediamine (BAEDA) ranging between 98.85% and 99.49% is obtained.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the Co—Mn—Al catalyst is added in an amount of 1.0 wt %.3. A method for preparing N ,N′-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-1 ,2-ethylenediamine , comprising steps of: taking ethylenediamine and acrylonitrile at a molar ratio therebetween of 1:1.9-2.1 as reactants to perform synthesis reaction in the presence of strongly acidic cation exchange resin for 5-30 minutes at a temperature of 20-70° C. thereby obtaining N ,N′-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-1 ,2-ethylenediamine with a yield of 97.7% or more; wherein the strongly acidic cation exchange resin is sulfonic-acid-based or carboxylic-acid-based cation exchange resin and is used in an amount of 50-100 wt % based on a weight of the ethylenediamine reactant.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the strongly acidic cation exchange resin is bead-form sulfonic-acid-based or carboxylic-acid-based cation exchange resin claim 1 , with an average diameter (D) of 0.1-1.0 mm and has a total exchange capacity greater than 1.7 eq/L.3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the strongly acidic cation exchange resin is Amberlyst-15 or Amberlyst-36 cation exchange resin.4. A release film for high-capacity multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) 0.5-0.8 μm ceramic slurry and a production method thereof. The release film includes at least three layers of co-extruded polyester resin having a layer A, a layer B and a layer C, and stretching the same in longitudinal and transverse directions. In addition, the layer B includes recycled polyester resin, the layers A and C include new polyester resin raw materials, and a releasing agent having a phenyl releasing control agent. The production method for the release film includes coating a releasing agent on one or both sides of a polyester film, and winding into a roll after drying and hardening. 1. A release film for high-capacity multilayer ceramic capacitor , comprising:a substrate; anda releasing agent layer being coated on one side or both sides of the substrate;wherein the substrate is a three-layer or multi-layer co-extruded polyester resin laminated layer having a layer A, a layer B and a layer C; a. 1.8-5 wt % of a silicone resin;', 'b. 0.01-0.3 wt % of a photoinitiator;', 'c. 94.2-98.1 wt % of a solvent which has a butanone, a toluene and an xylene, of which the weight ratio is 50:40:10; and', 'd. 0.09-0.5 wt % of a modified phenyl releasing control agent., 'wherein the composition of the releasing agent includes the following components, and the sum of the weights of the following components is 100 wt %2. The release film according to claim 1 , wherein the layer B includes a recycled polyester resin and has a thickness being 50% to 90% of the total thickness of the substrate.3. The release film according to claim 1 , wherein the layer B includes a recycled polyester resin and has a thickness being 70% to 85% of the total thickness of the substrate.4. A preparation method of a fruit and vegetable preservation film is used for preparing a three-layer co-extrusion film having a thickness ranging from 0.02 mm to 2.0 mm. A preservation master-batch composed of 5-20% of an inorganic nano-powder and 80-95% of a resin material is uniformly distributed in one layer of the co-extrusion film. 1. A fruit and vegetable preservation film , the fruit and vegetable preservation film being a three-layer co-extrusion film having a thickness ranging from 0.02 mm to 2.0 mm , a preservation master-batch being uniformly distributed in one layer of the co-extrusion film , characterized in that respective formulations of each layer of the co-extrusion film are: 'an antifogging agent 0.1-10 PHR;', '(a) a middle co-extrusion film, including: a polypropylene resin 100 PHR; and'} 'an inorganic oxide powder 0.1-10 PHR; and', '(b) an upper co-extrusion film, including: a polypropylene resin 100 PHR; and'} 'an inorganic oxide powder 0.1-10 PHR; and', '(c) a lower co-extrusion film, including: a polypropylene resin 100 PHR; and'}a preservation master-batch 0.2-20 PHR, wherein the preservation master-batch is composed of 5-20 wt % of an inorganic nano-powder and 80-95 wt % of a resin material.2. A method of preparing the fruit and vegetable preservation film as claimed in claim 1 , comprising:(1) uniformly mixing 5-20 wt % of a composite inorganic nano-powder and 80-95 wt % of a resin as raw materials to form a mixture, and then using a twin-screw extruder to prepare the mixture into a preservation master-batch;(2) introducing the respective formulations of each layer of the co-extrusion film into a three-layer co-extruder for uniformly melting and mixing;(3) ...
