A crystallization method for making the crystalline form of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide, comprising adding a solid of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide to a solvent and mixing; followed by heating to 50 to 70° C. to achieve complete dissolution; cooling the solution to room temperature; and adding an anti-solvent to the resulting solution to cause precipitation of crystals. The crystals are allowed to grow at a constant temperature for 10 to 60 minutes, so as to give a slurry containing the crystals. Said slurry is subjected to filtration and then drying to obtain the crystalline form of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide. 1. A crystalline form of phenyl bis (2 ,4 ,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide with a large particle size , having:an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising characteristic peaks at 4.7±0.1, 9.3±0.1, 12.2±0.1, 13.5±0.1, 14.0±0.1, 16.2±0.1, 17.3±0.1, 18.7±0.1, 19.6±0.1, and 24.9±0.1 degrees 2θ; wherein, the crystalline form belongs to a triclinic crystal system and to a space group P-1; cell dimensions from single crystal:', 'a=8.0301(16)Å', 'b=8.6673(17)Å', 'c=19.252(4)Å', 'α=84.07(3)°', 'β=82.83(3)°', 'γ=63.75(3)°', 'molecules/unit cell (Z): 2., 'and wherein, the crystalline form is characterized by unit cell parameters substantially equal to the following2. A method for the treatment of silicon-containing wastewater from the preparation of a molecular sieve or a catalyst includes the step of contacting the silicon-containing wastewater with at least one acid or at least one alkali, so that at least a part of the silicon elements in the silicon-containing wastewater form a colloid. A mixture containing a colloid is thus obtained. A silicon-containing solid phase and a first liquid phase are produced by a solid-liquid separation. A solid phase and a second liquid phase are produced by a solid-liquid separation after at least a part of the metal elements in the first liquid phase form a precipitate. At least a part of the second liquid phase is subjected to electrodialysis to produce an acid liquor and/or an alkali liquor. The silicon-containing solid phase can be used as the raw material for a molecular sieve synthesis.

The present invention discloses a method for a wastewater treatment and the treatment system thereof, and a method for the preparation of a molecular sieve and the molecular sieve preparation system. The wastewater treatment method of the present invention comprises an electrodialysis treatment of the wastewater to obtain desalted water having a reduced content of organic ammonium ion and an alkali liquor containing an organic ammonium ion, wherein the electrodialyser used in the electrodialysis has at least one membrane unit, and at least a part of the membrane unit comprises a cation exchange membrane. The method for wastewater treatment and the system thereof in the present invention can effectively reduce the content of the organic ammonium ion in the wastewater and thereby reduce the COD value of the wastewater. Both the recovered organic ammonium ion and the produced desalted water can be recycled when the wastewater containing the organic ammonium ion from the production of a molecular sieve is treated using the present method, as realizes an effective reuse of resources.

The present disclosure describes systems and methods for cell therapies. Cells (e.g., stem cells, immune cells, cardiomyocytes, etc. ) can be engineered to exhibit enhanced half-life as compared to control cell (e.g., a non-engineered cell). Cells can be engineered to exhibit enhanced proliferation as compared to a control cell. In some cases, immune cells can be engineered to effectively and specifically target diseased cells (e.g., cancer cells) that a control cell otherwise is insufficient or unable to target. In some cases, stem cells or differentiate cells such as cardiomyocytes can be administered to a target tissue for enhanced tissue engineering or regenerative medicine. The engineered cells disclosed herein can be engineered ex vivo, in vitro, and in some cases, in vivo. The engineered cells that are prepared ex vivo or in vitro can be administered to a subject in need thereof to treat a disease (e.g., myeloma or solid tumors). The engineered cells can be autologous to the subject. Alternatively, the engineered cells can be allogeneic to the subject.
