A method for realizing continued transmission of user data during a cross-cell handover of a user station , comprising:constructing a continuation guide table in a first access point in a first wireless network cell;configuring the continuation guide table in the first access point when the cross-cell handover of the user station occurs; andforwarding data transmitted by the user station according to the continuation guide table.13. The method according to claim 12 , wherein:the continuation guide table includes an outbound guide table; andthe method further comprises: in response to the user station receiving a data packet sent by a correspondent station of the user station and the user station having moved from the first wireless network cell to a second wireless network cell, searching through the outbound guide table to find a network layer address of a next hop station for forwarding the data packet.14.
