The semiconductor chuck of claim 1 , wherein a second portion of the removable protective plate covers at least one of a sidewall of the dielectric layer claim 1 , a sidewall of the first adhesive layer claim 1 , or a sidewall of the metal base when the removable protective plate is disposed over the dielectric layer.3.
