An aluminum alloy sheet for press forming includes an aluminum alloy including 0.4 to 1.5 mass % of Si and 0.3 to 1.0 mass % of Mg, with the remainder being Al and inevitable impurities. With respect to diagonal lengths of indentations formed therein with a Vickers hardness tester, a proportion P (%) of a difference ΔL between a length L0 of a diagonal which forms an angle of 0° with a rolling direction and a length L45 of a diagonal which forms an angle of 45° with the rolling direction to the L0 is 2.0% or less. 1. An on-vehicle air-conditioner for air-conditioning has a refrigeration circuit provided with a refrigerant car exterior heat exchanger installed for exchanging heat with the car exterior air that can be used for cooling and for heating, and at least one opening and closing duct for air inflow rate regulation installed in front of and/or behind the refrigerant car exterior heat exchanger. By controlling the opening/closing of the duct according to the situation, the arrangement can solve problems of the prior art, and can efficiently and sufficiently perform cooling, heating, defrosting or the like. The arrangement is useful even when using, for example, CO 2 as a refrigerant, in vehicles such as hybrid cars using electricity and gasoline as their energy source, idle stop coping cars or the like.

A throttling area made by the second valve 720 is larger than a throttling area made by the first valve 710. For example, of all the pressure difference equal to 120 kg/cm 2 or more required at the forward and backward portions of the valve device, a portion in the range where the problem of an occurrence of a foreign noise is not encountered (for example, a portion ranging from 100 to 120 kg/cm 2 ) is undertaken by the first valve 710, and the remaining portion ranging from 20 to 30 kg/cm 2 is undertaken by the second valve 720. By doing so, there can be eliminated such a pressure difference where a generation of a noise before and after an actual throttling (including a primary throttling made by the first valve 710 and a secondary throttling made by the second valve 720) can become a problem.

【課題】かじりを抑制することができる冷間鍛造用金型を提供すること。 【解決手段】本発明に係る冷間鍛造用金型1は、金型基材KKの表面に、Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Mo及びWから選ばれる1種若しくは2種以上の金属からなる被膜、又は、Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Mo及びWから選ばれる1種若しくは2種以上の金属を含む窒化物、炭化物、又は、炭窒化物からなる被膜を形成する被膜形成工程と、 大気酸化、酸化雰囲気炉での酸化、塩浴酸化、又は、ホモ処理酸化により前記被膜を酸化して酸化被膜SHを形成する酸化被膜形成工程とを行って製造されることを特徴とする。金型基材KKと酸化被膜SHとの間には、中間層CSを付与してもよい。 【選択図】図1
