The invention discloses a dual-purpose pre-conversion catalyst of gaseous hydrocarbon and liquid hydrocarbon, which is a precipitation-type catalyst by using nickel oxide as an active component, an aluminum-calcium composite oxide as an accelerant and gama-Al2O3 as a carrier. The catalyst is combined with the nickel oxide as the active component and the gama-Al2O3 as the carrier through the aluminum-calcium composite oxide to have a stable structure and favorable bi-purpose conversion function and low-temperature conversion activity as well as stronger carbide segregation resistance. The invention successfully solves the contradiction problem between the conversion performance and the carbide segregation resistance of the catalyst in the use process of the two raw materials, i.e. the gaseous hydrocarbon and the liquid hydrocarbon. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the catalyst.

The invention discloses a gaseous hydrocarbon pre-conversion catalyst.
