In one embodiment, an association between a cell and an indicator index corresponding to one of a set of scrambling sequence indicators may be predefined. A first base station may transmit the set of scrambling sequence indicators to a second base station. The second base station may select an indicator from the indicators according to the predefined association, for generating a reference signal to be transmitted to user equipment. The user equipment may determine identification information of the cell based on the received reference signal and the predefined association, and transmit the identification information to the first base station. In this way, the user equipment may determine the identification information of the cell based on the received reference signal, and then transmit the identification information to the base station, such that the load on the base station may be reduced in the procedure of cell discovery.

In one embodiment, a D2D UE may receive at its lower layer one or more first indicator for D2D communication interest indication from its higher layer during a time period of disconnection with its serving base station. The UE generates a second indicator for D2D communication interest indication based on the received first indicator(s). The second indicator is used to record or represent the latest first indicator for the UE's D2D communication interest indication received during the time period of disconnection. Once the connection with a base station is successfully reestablished, the UE reports to the re-established base station the generated second indicator to inform its D2D communication interest. 1. The present invention provides a method and a reactor for removing organic matters by immobilized-enzymatic electrode coupled electro-coagulation. In the method, in a single electrochemical system, an enzyme-modified electrode is combined with electro-coagulation to synergistically remove organic matters from water. Certain electrochemical parameters are controlled such that a polymerization reaction is performed between hydrogen peroxide generated by a cathode reaction and organic matters catalyzed by the immobilized-enzymatic electrode. The organic product is precipitated and removed by performing a reaction between the organic product and different hydrolysis products from the electro-coagulation through a coagulating/flocculating effect of compression of a double electric layer, adsorption and electric neutralization as well as precipitation capture. Ultimately, the object of removing the organic matters synergistically through the enzymatic catalyzed polymerization at the cathode and the electro-coagulation at the anode is achieved. The present invention has a strong selectivity for low-concentration toxic organic pollutants and a good effect in removing small-molecular hydrophilic organic matters, the addition amount of enzyme is low, the cathode and the anode are fully used, the cost is reduced, the operation is simple, and the applicable is wide, therefore, the present invention is applicable to a variety of water and wastewater containing organic matters, and the contaminated water. 1. According to a method implemented by a network device in a communication system, the network device determines a neighbor cell on a frequency layer capable of cell reference signal (CRS) muting. A cell reference signal in the neighbor cell is transmitted on a predetermined physical resource if the neighbor cell enables CRS muting. In response to the determination, the network device transmits measurement restriction information to a terminal device in a cell of the network device. The measurement restriction information indicates that a radio resource management (RRM) measurement for any neighbor cell on the frequency layer is restricted to be performed on the predetermined physical resource. The embodiments of the present disclosure improve a measurement for a neighbor cell.
