The magnetic member forms a magnetic blush from a top panel of the developing housing towards the first stirring screw. A refill toner flowed-in through the toner refill port is so conveyed as to fall below the magnetic blush whereby the refill toner is favorably stirred with a surrounding toner. 1. The rotational motion converting mechanism comprises a cam shaft rotatably driven by the motive power source, the cam shaft being provided in parallel with the first and second shafts, first and second eccentric cam plates which are eccentrically fixed to the cam shaft so as to be radially symmetrical with each other with respect to a central axis of the cam shaft, and first and second arms each having opposite ends, a concave portion being formed at one end thereof, and the other ends of the first and second arms being fixedly coupled to the first and second shafts, each concave portion of the first and second arms being adapted to receive each of the first and second cam plates, in such a manner that the first and second arms can be pivotably oscillated in mutually opposite directions to each other in accordance with the rotation of the first and second cam plates.

An electronic-watermark-embedded image is then generated by making the variation in the pixel values of the adaptive pixels vary step by step at a boundary between the two of the plurality of image regions and/or in the time direction so that the variation makes a slow transition.

Flip chip mounting technique

The invention provides a flip chip mounting process in which a layer of electrically insulating adhesive paste is applied on a substrate having bond pads, covering the bond pads with the adhesive. Electrically conductive polymer bumps are formed on bond pads of a flip chip to be bonded to the substrate, and the polymer bumps are at least partially hardened. The bond pads of the flip chip are then aligned with the bond pads of the substrate, and the at least partially hardened polymer bumps are pushed through the adhesive on the substrate to contact directly and bond the polymer bumps to the bond pads of the substrate. This process results indirect electrical and mechanical bonding of the polymer bumps between the chip and substrate bond pads, even though the adhesive film was applied on the substrate in a manner that covered the substrate bond pads. The polymer bumps displace the adhesive as they are pushed through it and expand laterally on the substrate bond pads. As a result, the area around the polymer bumps between the chip and the substrate is filled with the adhesive, in the manner of an underfill, whereby a separate, post-bond underfill process is not required.
