A method for emergency actuation of an automated dual-clutch transmission of a vehicle with electrohydraulic control via a transmission control device. The method includes disengaging one clutch of the dual-clutch transmission, in order to realize emergency operation of the transmission and applying pressure on the other clutch after an error signal is transmitted indicating a malfunction of the transmission and/or the transmission control device. In order to keep the complexity of the hardware of the hydraulic system low, both clutches are disengaged, when an error signal occurs, and adjusted to a safe initial state, and an actuating pressure is only re-applied to one of the two clutches after the initial state is reached. In addition to the already existing elements of the hydraulic system, only one device or software is required which detects and selects the clutch that is more advantageous for continued driving operation.

Das Ventilsystem (1) umfasst ein Positionsventil (3), ein elektromagnetisch betätigtes Regelventil (2) mit fallender Kennliniencharakteristik und mehrere elektromagnetisch betätigte Kupplungsventile (8 bis 11) mit steigender Kennliniencharakteristik. Im Falle eines Ausfalls einer Spannungsversorgung des Automatikgetriebes (101) und wenn bis zu dem Ausfall der Spannungsversorgung an einem Indikatordruckeingang (33) des Positionsventils (3) ein Arbeitsdruck von einer Vorwärtsgang-Kupplung (C, E) anliegt, die nur dann über eines der Kupplungsventile (8, 10) mit einem Systemdruck (PSys) des Ventilsystems (1) versorgt wird, wenn in dem Automatikgetriebe (101) eine Übersetzung für eine Vorwärtsfahrt geschaltet ist,- gibt das elektromagnetische Regelventil (2) einen maximalen Stelldruck aus,- das Positionsventil (3) verbindet das elektromagnetische Regelventil (2) mit den Kupplungsventilen (8 bis 11), sodass die Kupplungsventile (8 bis 11) entgegen einer Vorspannung in einen Versorgungszustand versetzt werden, und- mehrere Kupplungen (C, D, E, K0) des Automatikgetriebes (101) werden über mehrere den Kupplungen (C, D, E, K0) zugeordnete Kupplungsventile (8 bis 11) mit dem an den Kupplungsventilen (8 bis 11) anliegenden Systemdruck (PSys) versorgt, sodass die Kupplungen (C, D, E, K0) geschlossen werden, wenn sich die Kupplungsventile (8 bis 11) in dem Versorgungszustand befinden.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hydrauliksystem für ein Getriebe eines Kraftfahrzeugs. Das Hydrauliksystem umfasst ein Pumpensystem (5), eine Systemdruckleitung (11), eine Signaldruckleitung (12), eine Schmierölleitung (23) und ein Systemdruckventil (6) mit einem Systemdruckventilschieber (7), wobei der Systemdruckventilschieber (7) in einer ersten Schaltstellung durch eine mechanische Vorspannkraft vorgespannt ist und in eine zweite Schaltstellung verstellt werden kann. Von dem Pumpensystem (5) geförderte Hydraulikflüssigkeit wird über das Systemdruckventil (6) ausschließlich in die Systemdruckleitung (11) geleitet, sodass in der Systemdruckleitung (11) ein erster primärer Systemdruck (Psys1) vorherrscht, wenn sich der Systemdruckventilschieber (7) in der ersten Schaltstellung befindet. Dahingegen wird ein erster Anteil der von dem Pumpensystem (5) geförderten Hydraulikflüssigkeit über das Systemdruckventil (6) in die Systemdruckleitung (11) geleitet und zur Reduzierung des primären Systemdrucks (Psys1) ein zweiter Anteil der von dem Pumpensystem (5) geförderten Hydraulikflüssigkeit über das Systemdruckventil (6) in die Schmierölleitung (23) geleitet, wenn sich der Systemdruckventilschieber (7) in der zweiten Schaltstellung befindet. In der Signaldruckleitung (12) herrscht ein Signaldruck (Psig) vor, wenn ein mechanischer Notlauf des Getriebes (2) aktiviert ist, wohingegen die Signaldruckleitung (12) drucklos ist, wenn der mechanische Notlauf des Getriebes (2) nicht aktiviert ist. Aus dem Signaldruck (Psig) resultiert eine Verstellkraft, die entgegen der mechanischen Vorspannkraft auf den Systemdruckventilschieber (7) wirkt, sodass der Systemdruckventilschieber (7) aus der ersten Schaltstellung in die zweite Schaltstellung verstellt wird.
