It shows effects in the treatment of pain, epilepsy, fibromyalgia syndrome, osteoarthritis and migraine. It is also known to be useful for the treatment of CNS disorders in humans.Lacosamide and its methods of preparation are disclosed in U.S. Reissue Pat. No. RE 38,551 (hereinafter referred to as the '551 patent). This reference provides three general methods for the preparation of lacosamide. The first two methods do not involve the protection of active groups in intermediate compounds (such as amino, hydroxy and carboxylic acid groups). A plurality of vents are operably connected to the moonroof rail and relay conditioned air from the air supply duct to an interior of the vehicle. 1. A climate control system for a vehicle comprising:an air conditioner positioned in a rear of the vehicle;a roof panel having a moonroof opening bounded on at least one side by a moonroof rail, the moonroof rail generally defining an air supply duct between a headliner and the roof panel, the air supply duct in communication with the air conditioner; anda plurality of vents that are operably connected to the moonroof rail and that relay conditioned air from the air supply duct to an interior of the vehicle.2. In some examples, a user, either a customer or potential customer of a business, engages in conversations with a virtual assistant (VA) provided by the business. The virtual assistant (VA) is further supported by one or more human assistants (HA), if needed. In embodiments, to facilitate seamless transitions between a VA and a HA, when needed, an intelligent decision maker (IDM) is provided. The IDM receives a user question and a proposed answer to the question from a VA, evaluates the proposed answer in the context of the conversation, and determines if the proposed answer requires further review by an HA. In response to a determination that the proposed answer requires further review, the IDM sends the proposed answer to an HA, and, in response to an indication by the HA, takes further action in the conversation. 1.
