A reproducing apparatus for reproducing an optical information recording medium , said optical information recording medium comprising:a substrate formed with an area having deflected grooves,a recording layer being recordable by a laser beam, anda transmission layer having a thickness of 0.1 mm,wherein a push-pull signal output reproduced from deflected grooves is more than 0.22, andwherein said reproducing apparatus further comprises a laser, an objective lens and a 4 division photo detector.
