The inlet has a first end exposed to the diaphragm and a second end exposed to an outside of the housing. The housing has a thin-wall portion at the first end of the inlet and the thin-wall portion serves as the diaphragm. The chip is mounted on the diaphragm. The area and thickness of the chip are set so that separation between the chip and diaphragm can be prevented. Since the separation is prevented based on the area and thickness of the chip, there is no need that the diaphragm is made of a material having a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of the chip.

A process is provided for synthesizing an anhydroecgonine derivative without using cocaine as a starting material, which comprises reacting a cycloheptatrine derivative of formula (1): with a primary amine, a salt thereof or ammonia in the presence of a base to obtain an anhydroecgonine derivative. In the formula (I) when n is 0, R 1 is a cyano group, and when n is 1, R 1 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group. The compound of formula (1) may be used as an intermediate in the synthesis of a phenyltropane derivative.

The present invention relates to a process for synthesizing an anhydroecgonine derivative without using cocaine as a starting material, and a process for synthesizing a phenyltropane derivative by using said anhydroecgonine derivative as an intermediate for the synthesis. The present invention provides a process for synthesizing an anhydroecgonine derivative which comprises reacting a cycloheptatriene derivative represented by the formula (1): (see formula 1) with a primary amine, a salt thereof or ammonia in the presence of a base to obtain an anhydroecgonine derivative, and a process for synthesizing a phenyl-tropane derivative by using said anhydroecgonine derivative. In the formula (1), n is an integer of 0 or 1; and R1 is a cyano group in the case of n being 0, and R1 is selected from an alkyl group and an aralkyl group in the case of n being 1.

By causing the unevenness of the pattern to influence the surface contour of the reflecting electrodes, it becomes possible to give both a scattering property and a directional property to the surface of the reflecting electrodes.

A process for producing [F-18]-fluoride ion suitable for the production of radiofluorinated organic compounds comprises: (i) bringing [O-18]-enriched water containing [F-18]-fluorine ion into contact with a stronger acidic cation exchange resin to remove impurity cations, (ii) bringing the water thus treated into contact with a weakly basic anion exchange resin, and (iii) eluting and collecting the [F-18]-fluoride ion which has adsorbed onto the weakly basic anion exchange resin. The [O-18] enriched water which is recovered in step (ii) can be recycled, without prior purification, for use in step (i) of the process.
