The invention discloses a method for producing a large-thickness lamination-crack-resistant tempered high-strength steel plate. The method is characterized by comprising the steps: smelting, performing continuous casting, performing electroslag remelting, heating, rolling, annealing and performing heat treatment. The steel plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.14-0.18 percent of C, 0.20-0.50 percent of Si, 0.95-1.25 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.005 percent of S, 0.80-1.15 percent of Ni, 0.40-0.60 percent of Cr, 0.40-0.60 percent of Mo, 0.020-0.050 percent of Nb, 0.010-0.030 percent of Ti, 0.020-0.045 percent of TAl, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
