The process according to the invention can be used for glass pipe reinforcement in order to extend the fields of application of glass pipelines. The object is to propose a highly productive, material-saving reinforcing process and the continuous shaping thereof with little stressing of the glass pipe and a high reinforcing effect. The solution according to the invention provides for partial lengths of the glass pipes to be forcibly pushed at their centre axis end to end through round mesh-forming machines. The force necessary in this direction for forming the mesh is applied. The sheathing takes place with high filament tension.

The equipment generates pulsation in media, having a Coanda-type switch with throttle/accumulator units in the outlets. The fluidic switch has no control inlets. In each outlet (3, 4) and after a junction (5, 6) is a throttle (7, 8), while the lateral junction itself is connected via a further throttle (11, 12) to an accumulator unit (13, 14). Each of the latter can have an air vent valve. ADVANTAGE - Simple, reliable, effective, and with a wide range of use.

The glass pipeline according to the invention is used for the transportation of very different fluids. The object of the invention is to expand the field of application of glass pipelines and hence to save stainless steel. The technical object is to create stress-free reinforcement with protection against a splintering effect in the event of damage, without influencing the identification capability of the glass pipeline. The solution according to the invention provides for the sheathing of the glass pipeline with a rigid, perforated, elastic active mesh structure which can additionally be coated with materials which can cure chemically or physically.
