Medizintechnisches System mit wenigstens einem mobilen medizinischen Gerät (1, 3, 9) und mit wenigstens einem Schleppfahrzeug (2), wobei das Schleppfahrzeug (2) eine Antriebseinheit (21) und eine Energiespeichereinheit (22) sowie eine Lenkeinrichtung (23) und eine Navigationseinrichtung umfasst, und wobei das Schleppfahrzeug (2) über eine Kopplungseinrichtung (24) mit dem mobilen medizinischen Gerät (1, 3, 9) derart elektro-mechanisch koppelbar ist, dass eine datentechnische Identifikation des angekoppelten mobilen medizinischen Geräts (1, 3, 9) umfasst ist, wobei das Schleppfahrzeug (2) selbstständig zu einem festlegbaren Zielort verfahrbar ist.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mobiles C-Bogensystem, aufweisend: ein Grundgerät (1) mit einer Fahrvorrichtung (1.2) zur Bewegung des Grundgerätes (1) in eine horizontale Bewegungsrichtung (x, y, s) und einem zumindest in orbitaler und angularer Bewegungsrichtung (o, a) beweglichen C-Bogen (2), eine Datenverarbeitungseinheit (5.4) mit einem Speicher (5.5) zur Speicherung von Programmen (P1–Pn), die während des Betriebes ausgeführt werden, und ein mit dem Grundgerät (1) des C-Bogensystems verbundenes Steuer- und Anzeigesystem (5) mit Bedien- und Anzeigeelementen (5.3, 5.1, 5.2), mehrere Sensoren (S) zur Erfassung zumindest eines Teils der unmittelbaren Umgebung des C-Bogens (2). Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass ein Kontrollsystem (5.6) vorliegt, welches dazu ausgebildet ist, abhängig von einer vorgesehenen oder tatsächlichen Bewegung des Grundgerätes (1) und/oder zumindest eines Teils des Grundgerätes (1) in eine Bewegungsrichtung vor einem Hindernis in der vorgesehenen oder tatsächlichen Bewegungsrichtung auf der Basis der durch mindestens einen Sensor (S) erfassten Umgebung zu warnen.

For each of the preselected parameter sets, at least one characteristic from the acquisition sequence or from image information assigned to the acquisition sequence is visually presented. A parameter set is selected on the basis of the presented characteristic.
