When we detect out the specific gene fragment, we can determine the egg is sick. As we check the silkworm finished eggs in large groups, we can get the sick eggs' ratio. To sum up, this invention can directly check the silkworms' eggs and the eggs don't need to be catalyzed to incubation. As a result, the checking time is short and the sensitivity is high, so it can satisfy the need of the departments.

This invention discloses a method for preparing a catalyst for catalyzing the degradation of organic pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater by ozone, wherein the catalyst comprises a porous carbon material as a substrate and metal oxide nanoparticles deposited on the surface of the substrate. The method comprises the steps of: allowing a mixture of resorcinol, formaldehyde, trimethylhexadecyl ammonium bromide, multi-walled carbon nanotubes and deionized water to react to form cured product, which is then calcinated and carbonized at high temperature to produce the porous carbon material; impregnating the resulting porous carbon material with nitrate solution, drying the porous carbon material, and calcinating it at high temperature, wherein the absorbed nitrate is decomposed into metal oxide and embedded into the porous carbon material. Depending on the requirement of applications, the raw material for preparation of the catalyst of the present invention can be pulverized to screen out the appropriate particle size to fit into practical engineering applications. With the optimization of catalytic oxidation process, the catalyst can be used to promote the rapid degradation of organic matter in printing and dyeing wastewater by ozonation, and the percentage of degradation can be greatly improved. As a result, indicators of wastewater, including the chromaticity and COD, can be significantly reduced. 17-. (canceled)8. Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for estimating crowd flow rate. Video frames are obtained from a crowd scene. Groups of consecutive video frames form a time window. Crowd flow rate through the field of view of the camera is analyzed by estimating a total number of people contained within at least one frame of a time window. Cycloalkane and cycloalkene are selected as solvents for dissolving ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and a volatile solvent such as cyclohexanone or a mixture thereof is selected as an extracting solvent. The present process allows the extracted fibers to be stretched directly after the spinning step without requiring an intermediate winding step. The resulting fibers from the present invention have a tenacity greater than 15 g/d, a modulus greater than 350 g/d, an elongation at break less than 10%, and a crystallinity greater than 60%.

Polypyrrole (PPy) is one of the most commonly studied conducting polymers due to its good stability, high conductivity, ease of preparation and non-toxicity. The stability of the conductivity of polypyrrole films depends on the choice of dopant anion, the method of preparation, and the conditions of aging. Most of the existing methods only improve stability by sacrificing conductivity, as well as sensitivity. This invention provides a method for coating conducting polymer onto a substrate by first applying an anionic dopant and an oxidizing agent onto the substrate. The monomer is then allowed to form the conducting polymer at about −10 to −80° C. for a sufficient period of time. After storage for a long period of time (nearly a year), the conductive polymer coating still retains almost the same strain sensitivity and at least up to 85% of its initial conductivity.
