The preparation method comprises the following steps of: stirring and dissolving the dispersant, the wetting agent and a part of antifoaming agent in deionized water; mixing the flaky metal powder in solution and stirring at a high speed; adding the emulsion into the mixture, stirring and mixing; and adding the leveling agent and the remaining antifoaming agent into the mixture and stirring.
