This invention provides methods, systems, and compositions for detecting low abundance microbial DNA in a sample by broad-range PCR. Methods of the present invention are based on a novel strategy that tags the 5′-end of the target DNA templates with a non-bacterial tagging sequence so as to set the templates apart from the endogenous contaminants present in the PCR reagents. There is also provided fusion probes for tagging the templates and primer sets to amplify the tagged templates. Systems and kits for facilitating and automating methods of the present invention are also provided. 1. A method for selectively amplifying one or more target microbial DNA in a sample , comprising:hybridizing a plurality of fusion probes to said target microbial DNA, wherein each of said fusion probes consists a 5′-end portion having a non-bacterial DNA sequence and a 3′-end portion having a sequence complementary to a portion of said target microbial DNA;removing non-hybridized fusion probes and any unbound 3′-end portion of the target microbial DNA;extending the 3′-ends of the fusion probes and the target microbial DNA to form double stranded primer-extended templates; andperforming a PCR method to selectively amplify the primer-extended templates with a primer set that includes at least one primer having a non-bacterial sequence complementary to the non-bacterial sequence of the fusion probes.2. The present invention discloses a measuring and guiding device for reconstruction surgery. The measuring and guiding device includes: a pair of rotary aims, a connector, and a pair of fixators. Each rotary arm includes: a first shaft, a first joint body and a second joint body. The pair of rotary arms is joined together by extending through each of the first joint bodies using the connector. Besides, each fixator includes: a second shaft, a third joint body and a guiding portion, and each third joint body is connected with one of the second joint bodies. With the implementation of the present invention, the measuring and guiding device is capable of measuring an operating site and guiding the operation precisely during reconstruction surgery. 1. A measuring and guiding device for reconstruction surgery , comprising:a pair of rotary arms, each of the rotary arms comprising: a first shaft, having a first end portion and a second end portion; a first joint body, being disposed at the first end portion; and a second joint body, being disposed at the second end portion;a connector, extending through each of the first joint bodies and connecting the pair of rotary arms together with an included angle being adjustable; anda pair of fixators, each of the fixators comprising: a second shaft, having a third end portion and a fourth end portion; a third joint body, being disposed at the third end portion and joined with one of the second joint bodies with an included angle being adjustable; and a guiding portion, being disposed at the fourth end portion.2. This interaction is termed as tumor cell-induced platelet aggregation (TCIPA). The ability of tumor cells to induce platelet aggregation has been proven to highly correlate with the metastatic capability of malignant tumor. At present, it is known that there are many factors and mechanisms involved in TCIPA. For instance, tumor cells activate coagulation cascade via thrombin generation and induce platelet aggregation. Besides, adenosine diphosphate (ADP) release is involved in MCF-7 tumor cells-induced platelet aggregation that is relevant to the expression of platelet surface P2Y12 receptor (Alonso-Escolano et al., Br. J. Pharmacol. 141: 241-252, 2004). Other factors including (1) proteinases: cathepsin B and matrix metalloprotease (MMPs), (2) thromboxane A2 and prostacyclin, (3) nitric oxide (NO), (4) platelet surface proteins (e.g. GPIb-IX-V, GPIIb/IIIa and P-selectin, etc.) and so on are involved in TCIPA (Jurasz et al., Br. A method for determining an axial direction of a bore of a bone fixator includes the following steps: obtaining X-ray images of the bore, calculating perpendicular bisectors, determining spatial planes, and obtaining the axial direction of the bore. After X-ray images of the bore are taken from two X-ray source positions, two overlapping images of the bore are obtained for calculating two perpendicular bisectors therein respectively. Each perpendicular bisector and its corresponding X-ray source position define one spatial plane. The intersection of the two spatial planes defines the axial direction of the bore. Now that the axial direction of the bore can be derived from only two X-ray images of the bore taken during an orthopedic surgery, radiation exposure of the patient and of the medical personnel involved can be significantly reduced. 1. A time synchronization calibration method and system for image taking and coordinate reading and a delay time calculation method thereof are disclosed. The time synchronization calibration method is as follows. Firstly, every time point, a calibrator coordinate, an operation target coordinate and an image thereof are obtained. The image similarity index of every image and the image of previous time point thereof is calculated. When the image similarity index is lower than a preset similarity index, a reading time of the image is output followed with calculating the difference of the reading time and a time delay to obtain a taking time of the image. Besides, adenosine diphosphate (ADP) release is involved in MCF-7 tumor cells-induced platelet aggregation that is relevant to the expression of platelet surface P2Y12 receptor (Alonso-Escolano et al., Br. J. Pharmacol. 141: 241-252, 2004).
