A method of preparing an enhanced yellow-emitting carbon dots includes dissolving citric acid and urea in N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting at a temperature of 150-180° C. for 4-8 h to obtain a carbonized mixture, separating and purifying the carbonized mixture through column chromatography using an eluent prepared according to a volume ratio of dichloromethane to methanol from high to low, collecting a solution obtained by elution when the volume ratio of dichloromethane to methanol is 1:1-2, performing rotary evaporation to remove the solvent, and drying to obtain the yellow-emitting carbon dot. The yellow-emitting carbon dot with fluorescence intensity enhanced with the increase of temperature is synthesized. The yellow-emitting carbon dots has application value in the fields of temperature detection, biological imaging, photoelectric equipment and the like.

An electronic device includes a first body having a top surface, a second body slidably covering on the first body, and at least one connecting member for connecting the first body with the second body. The second body is capable of sliding from a first position covering the top surface to a second position uncovering the top surface. When the second body is in the first position, the first body hides the top surface to allow the electronic device being used in a first state, and when the second body is in the second position, the second body is operable to be coplanar with the first body to allow the electronic device being used in a second state. 1. An electronic device , comprising:a first body comprising a top surface;a second body slidably covering on the first body and capable of sliding from a first position covering the top surface to a second position uncovering the top surface; andat least one connecting member for connecting the first body with the second body;wherein when the second body is in the first position, the first body hides the top surface to allow the electronic device being used in a first state, and when the second body is in the second position, the second body is operable to be coplanar with the first body to allow the electronic device being used in a second state.2. An improved method of fabricating a semiconductor light emitting diode (LED) is disclosed. The current blocking layer and the contact area for the n-type layer are implanted at the same time. In some embodiments, a dopant, which may be an n-type dopant, is implanted into a portion of the p-type layer to cause that portion to become either u-type or n-type. Simultaneously, the same dopant is implanted into at least a portion of the exposed n-type layer to increase its conductivity. After this implant, the dopant in both portions of the LED may be activated through the use of a single anneal cycle. 1. A method of fabricating a light emitting diode (LED) , comprising:creating a structure having a n-type layer, a multi-quantum well (MQW) on said n-type layer, and a p-type layer on said MQW, where a portion of said n-type layer is exposed;simultaneously selectively implanting ions into a first region of said p-type layer to reduce conductivity in said first region and into a second region of said n-type layer to increase conductivity in said second region;applying a p electrode to said p-type layer; andapplying an n electrode to said portion of said n-type layer.2. The installation detection circuit is further configured to: when it is detected during one or more pulse signals that the LED tube lamp is not properly installed on the lamp socket, control the switch circuit to remain in an off state to cause a power loop of the LED tube lamp to be open; and when it is detected during one or more pulse signals that the LED tube lamp is properly installed on the lamp socket, control the switch circuit to remain in a conducting state to cause the power loop of the LED tube lamp to maintain a conducting state.
