Compositions, kits and methods for promoting diabetic wound healing are based on the discovery that SDF-1α specifically upregulates expression of E-selectin in mature endothelial cells (EC), leading to an increase in EC-endothelial progenitor cell (EPC) adhesion and EPC homing. A document can be presented on a computer that includes at least two video output ports. The document is divided into multiple parts, with each part being expressed in a different language. Each one of the at least two video output ports can be configured in or for a language of a partial document to be output by the video output port. A method of preparing a deposited graphene comprising the steps of heating a metal substrate and carbon source in a sealed ambient environment to a temperature which produces carbon vapour from the carbon source such that the vapour comes into contact with the metal substrate , maintaining the temperature for a time sufficient to form a graphene lattice and then cooling the substrate at a controlled rate to form a deposited graphene.2. Two or more opposing electromagnets are independently activated out of sync to affect a travel path of the magnetic particles to form a turbulence within the fluid to provide an effective mixing of the fluid. The magnetic particles may be removed from the fluid, for example by filtering, or may remain within the fluid. 1. The M virtual machines are respectively deployed as M data nodes in a distributed storage system. Among other things, one or more techniques and/or systems are provided for locating a position within an enclosure. In one example, known global coordinates (e.g., GPS coordinates of latitude/longitude) associated with the position within the enclosure may be transformed into local coordinates (e.g., x/y coordinates) for the position. The local coordinates may be used for tracking a location of the position within the enclosure. In another example, known local coordinates of the position within the enclosure may be transformed into global coordinates for the position, which may be used for tracking a location of the position within the enclosure. In another example, a blueprint image of the enclosure may be used to track a location of the position within the enclosure. In this way, location tracking may be provided for objects within indoor spaces (e.g., a mapping application may track a current position of a mobile device within a building). 1.
