A method comprises: examining the web page content provided by a user; obtaining at least one high risk rule from a high risk characteristic library when the examining of the web page content detects a high risk characteristic word, the at least one high risk rule corresponding to the high risk characteristic word; obtaining a characteristic score of the web page content based on matching of the at least one high risk rule to the web page content; and filtering the web page content based on the characteristic score. The difference between the present disclosure and prior art techniques is that the disclosed embodiments can more precisely carry out web page content filtering to achieve better real-time safety and reliability of an e-commerce transaction. 1. Polymeric Films Comprising Biodegradable Polyester or Copolymer Thereof

The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to a film comprising a blend of about 90% to 99% polyester and about 1% to 10% biodegradable aliphatic or aromatic polyester (by weight). It has been surprisingly discovered that polymeric films comprising the disclosed blend exhibit improved flexibility and impact strength compared to polyester films known in the art. Films with the disclosed blends also advantageously do not adversely affect recyclability of the film. The disclosed films can be used in a wide variety of areas, including (but not limited to) shrink sleeve applications. 1. With the method described above, the current battery data is effectively utilized to estimate the subsequent battery status to predict potential battery failure in advance, rather than recognize the failure from the detected battery data when the battery has failed.
