The invention provides monoclonal antibodies and related binding proteins that bind specifically to the envelope glycoprotein of H5 subtypes of avian influenza virus (“AIV”). The monoclonal antibodies and related binding proteins are useful for the detection of H5 subtypes of AIV, including the pathogenic H5N1 subtypes. Virus may be detected in formalin preserved, paraffin embeded specimens as well as frozen specimens and biological fluids. Accordingly, the invention provides means for the diagnosis and surveillance of dangerous viral infections.

An logging method for locating a watered zone in a horizontal well with high watercut problem by isotope labeling is disclosed, which successively includes the following steps: a. solidifying an isotope used in an isotope releasing device into a water-soluble carrier; b. connecting the isotope releasing device with a tubing and setting them to a horizontal segment of the well; c. dissolving the water-soluble carriers in the water at the bottom of the well to release the isotope, wherein the releasing rate is proportional to the flow rate of the water; d. starting a lift-up pump and beginning a production logging; and e. continuously performing y-ray energy-spectrum analysis on produced water on the ground, so as to locate the watered zone of the horizontal well with high watercut problem by the detected species and characteristic content of the isotope. Since the isotope releasing device is conveyed through the tubing, various restrictions of borehole trajectories and wellbore conditions can be overcome, the risk in the process of operation can be reduced; and the logging method of the invention can be accomplished during pump checking operation, and does not need the coordination of a packer, bridge plug, the bottom of the well switch or other tools, thereby save the platform occupying time, and also save the logging cost.

A data-replication system replicates a source database to a target database by first intelligently identifying and prioritizing a set of hot queries that have each in the past been submitted to the source database at a rate exceeding a threshold submission rate. Any previously replicated content contained in a database table accessed by a hot query is copied to a set of memory-resident blocks. The blocks are then updated with incremental changes made to the table's contents since the most-recent previous replication. Each updated block is copied to the target database in order of the priority of the block's corresponding hot query. When all blocks that contain data of a particular table have been copied into the target database, that table becomes available to users of the target database despite the fact that the entire database has not yet been fully replicated.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) ball-milling, pulverizing, and sieving a nickel-iron alloy to obtain a nickel-iron alloy powder; (2) leaching the nickel-iron alloy powder with an acid solution, heating and stirring, and filtering to obtain a leaching solution and a leaching residue; (3) adding a phosphorus source to the leaching solution, mixing and stirring, heating, and filtering to obtain iron phosphate and a post-precipitation solution; and (4) adding a neutralizing agent to the post-precipitation solution, heating and stirring, and filtering to obtain a nickel-containing solution. After the nickel-iron alloy is dissolved using the acid solution, iron phosphate is prepared under the effects of the phosphorus source or the phosphorus source plus an oxidant, and a precipitation aid. Further, a lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material can be prepared by using iron phosphate as a precursor of lithium iron phosphate. In addition, after impurities are removed from the post-precipitation solution, a nickel-containing solution having a relatively low impurity content can be obtained.

The shortest possible path found by the present method does not only consider the path length, but also takes different costs of traversing and operating the flying robots into account, which increases its feasibility and flexibility to be applied in a wide variety of situations and technological areas.
