The invention relates to an alternative insulting structure of a centralized winding motor used for a compressor; the alternative insulating structure includes a welding joint bushing and a slot wedge supporting the welding joint bushing. The welding joint bushing is formed by coiling insulating materials for one to six circles and one end is melt by ultrasonic; the mother plate of the slot wedgeis rectangle insulating paper which is folded into a V shape with two longer side wings and shorter folded ridge by three times. The invention has the advantage that the use of the insulating materials is reduced; the welding joint bushing plays the role of alternative insulation simultaneously when protecting the welding joint by being inserted into the slot; besides, the height of the end part of an educing side winding increased by binding the welding joint bushing in the existing insulating structure is reduced.

The invention relates to a slot wedge of centralized winding motor used for a compressor which includes a first side surface and a second side surface formed by being integrally bent with the first side surface; bent folding ridges are arranged between the two side surfaces; one side of the folding ridge on the first side surface is provided with a first top wing which is bent up opposite to the first side surface; the other side is provided with a bottom wing which is bent up opposite to the first side surface; the side of the folding ridge on the side surface same with the first top wing is provided with a second top wing which is bent up opposite to the second side surface and the other side is provided with a second bottom wing which is bent up opposite to the second side surface. The slot wedge has the advantages of leading the alternative insulation to be more reliable and improving the technique performance of the slot wedge when being inserted.
