Disclosed is a flow-controllable tundish structure capable of filtering inclusions in molten steel. The tundish structure comprises a tundish (), the tundish being divided into three separated cavities which comprise an impact zone cavity () in the middle and pouring zone cavities () at two sides thereof. It includes two first shells (front and back), for wearing on a person's head after being buckled; An opening which is set on the front first-shell, for exposing a person's face; two second shells (front and back), for wrapping around a person's neck after being buckled; two third shells (front and back), for clamping the front and back sides of the human shoulder with the upper part buckled; four fourth-shells (front and back), divided into two groups, with two in each group, for wrapping around a person's arms after being buckled. The length of the fourth shell can restrain the movement of the elbow joint. The first shell, second shell, third shell, and fourth shell are integrally formed.
