The present invention provides a nonaqueous electrolyte solution which contains: a nonaqueous solvent containing acetonitrile and vinylene carbonate; and a compound represented by general formula (1) R1-A-R2 (wherein A represents a divalent group that has a structure represented by one of formulae (1-2) to (1-5); and each of R1 and R2 independently represents an aryl group, an alkyl group which may be substituted by a halogen atom, while having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkyl group, a vinylidene group which may be substituted by a halogen atom, or an aryl group which may be substituted by a halogen atom; or alternatively, R1 and R2 may combine with each other and form, together with A, a ring structure that may have an unsaturated bond). With respect to this nonaqueous electrolyte solution, the total content of the vinylene carbonate and the compound represented by general formula (1) is not less than 0.1% by volume but less than 10% by volume relative to the total amount of the nonaqueous solvent; and the content of the vinylene carbonate is lower than the content of the compound represented by general formula (1).

At least one of the ethylene type polymers (A) and (B) is an ethylene type polymer prepared by the use of a metallocene catalyst. The ethylene type polymer composition has the properties: d A/d B is larger than 1; the density is 0.940 to 0.970 g/cm3; the MFR is of 0.005 to 20 g/10 min; the MFR and the melt tension (MT) satisfy the relation log(MT)>=-0.41og(MFR)+0.7; and the diametrical swell ratio exceeds 1.35. From this composition, molded articles having excellent mechanical strength and rigidity can be obtained.

An ethylene/α-olefin copolymer is provided which is constituted of ethylene with α-olefin of three or more carbons, satisfying the conditions: (A) MFR ranging from 0.001 to 100 g/10min, (B) density (d) ranging from 0.86 to 0.94 g/cm³, (C) ratio (Mw/Mn) of weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to number-average molecular weight (Mn) being not higher than 3, (D) difference Ea=Ea (0.1) -Ea (100) of the activation energies Ea (0.1) and Ea (100) (kcal/mol) of loss elastic modulus G'' at the standard temperature 190°C at frequency ω₀=0.1 (rad/sec) and ω₁=100 (rad/sec), respectively, satisfies the relation (1) below: -0.3 < ΔEa < 0.3   (1) and Ea (100) and short chain branching number (SCB) satisfy the relation (2) below: Ea (100) > 0.155 x SCB + 6.5   (2). The copolymer has high melt elasticity, high transparency, and excellent heat-sealing properties.
