Existing program code, which is executable on one or more computers forming part of a distributed computer system, is analyzed. The analysis identifies log output instructions present in the program code. Log output instructions are those statements or other code that generate log messages related to service requests processed by the program code. A log model is generated using the analysis. The log model is representative of causal relationships among service requests defined by the program code. The log model can then be applied to logs containing log messages generated by execution of the program code, during its normal operation, to group log messages for improved analysis, including visualization, of the performance and behaviour of the distributed computer system.

Techniques are disclosed for a facial expression classification. In an embodiment, a multi-class classifier is trained using labelled training images, each training image including a facial expression. The trained classifier is then used to predict expressions for unlabelled video frames, whereby each frame is effectively labelled with a predicted expression. In addition, each predicted expression can be associated with a confidence score. Anchor frames can then be identified in the labelled video frames, based on the confidence scores of those frames (anchor frames are frames having a confidence score above an established threshold). Then, for each labelled video frame between two anchor frames, the predicted expression is refined or otherwise updated using interpolation, thereby providing a set of video frames having calibrated expression labels. These calibrated labelled video frames can then be used to further train the previously trained facial expression classifier, thereby providing ...

Номер: US20210043098A1

Methods and systems of active discovery and collaborative collision avoidance are described for aircrafts. Specifically, an aircraft predicts firstly the four-dimensional information of its short future flight path based on existing information, then shares the information actively among its adjacent aircrafts, realizes finally collaborative collision avoidance based on the future flight paths of adjacent aircrafts. The described methods contain the following steps: prediction and broadcast of short future flight path, broadcast reception and analysis and collision avoidance, and resumption of planned path and state. According to the methods, a system is also described to implement the above method and it contains seven corresponding modules. Since sharing the future information rather than the past information among aircrafts, the advantage of this intervention is strong real-time, low computation complexity, low cost, and more aircrafts accommodated in the same space.

METHODS, SYSTEMS AND DEVICES OF APPROXIMATELY SYNCHRONOUS BROADCAST OF AIRCRAFTS

Номер: US20210399819A1
Принадлежит:

This invention is related to automatic monitoring and collaboration among aircrafts. Specifically, an aircraft receives the current and future state of adjacent aircrafts by broadcast, then analyzes the start time of collaborative tasks. Base on the start time and prior knowledge, it adjusts automatically the prediction accuracy requirements of its future states, the check interval of predicted state errors and the minimum check interval. And it makes a new prediction and broadcasts new future states based on the check results of prediction errors. In the invention, an aircraft does not periodically broadcast its states, but broadcasts irregularly its future states according to its current tasks, its states and surrounding environment. The invention guarantees that collaborative tasks can be can be correctly carried out among aircrafts while it reduces the bandwidth requirement of wireless communication. It provides guarantee of high density flight and collaboration among many aircrafts. 1. A method for approximately synchronous broadcast of aircrafts , the method comprising:{'sub': i', 'i, 'There is a list of broadcast queues and the minimum check interval ΔT in an aircraft. Each broadcast queue stores the predicted values of a state at various moments in the short future. Each state has a corresponding check step size ΔTand a prediction accuracy threshold Hwhich is required by current tasks. The check step size can be different for different states and can be any positive integer times the minimum check interval ΔT. The contents of each queue contain the current value and the predicted values of one state in the short future.'}{'sub': i', 'i, "An automatic adjustment to broadcast parameters: the minimum check interval ΔT, the check step size ΔTof each state and the prediction accuracy threshold H. The step is implemented automatically by an aircraft based on the adjacent space environment and its task requirements. The dynamic environment of adjacent space ...

FACIAL EXPRESSION RECOGNITION UTILIZING UNSUPERVISED LEARNING

Номер: US20190205625A1
Принадлежит: Adobe Inc.

These calibrated labelled video frames can then be used to further train the previously trained facial expression classifier, thereby providing a supplementally trained facial expression classifier. 1. A computer-implemented method for classifying a facial expression captured in an image frame , the method comprising:predicting, by a trained classifier, a facial expression for each video frame of a plurality of video frames;identifying one or more pairs of anchor frames included in the plurality of video frames, based on the predicted facial expression for each video frame;for each pair of anchor frames, calibrating the predicted facial expression for one or more video frames that are between the pair of anchor frames, thereby generating a set of video frames having calibrated expression labels; andpredicting, by the trained classifier after having been supplementally trained using the set of video frames having calibrated expression labels, a facial expression for an input image.2.
