A detection method of microorganism and sterility for an anti-anaerobe medicinal preparation is disclosed by the invention, and comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a diluent; (2) preparing a test solution; (3) filtering by thin memebrane and flushing; (4) detecting; and wherein the diluents is an aqueous solution of cyclodextrin. The detection method of the invention can be used to effectively detect anti-anaerobe microorganisms and carry out sterility detection.
