A method for admission control in a radio communications system that includes determining a quality of service (QoS) type of a service according to a QoS property of the service, determining a service satisfaction ratio of services that belong to the determined QoS type according to a result of the determining a QoS type, comparing the determined service satisfaction ratio with an admission threshold, and admitting the service if the determined service satisfaction ratio is greater than or equal to the admission threshold. An apparatus for admission control in the radio communications system is also provided. With the embodiments in the present disclosure, the resource utilization may be accurately calculated, and the admission control algorithm may be more easily developed and maintained. 1. Disclosed is a method for determining the spatial location of a conducting wire and an aerial earth wire of a power transmission line, so as to solve the problem that the method in the prior art is not applicable to determining the spatial location of the conducting wire and the aerial earth wire of the conventional power transmission line with respect to lightning shielding failures. A self-propelled device system includes a self-propelled device, a boundary wire configured to define a work area of the self-propelled device and a signal transmitting unit electrically connected with the boundary wire configured to generate and send a boundary signal to the boundary wire that generates a magnetic field when flowing through the boundary wire. The self-propelled device has a signal receiving module and a control module. The signal receiving module uses the magnetic field caused by the boundary signal to generate a boundary wire inductive signal and the control module determines that the boundary wire has a wire break when a relevant parameter of the boundary wire inductive signal is less than or equal to a predefined threshold.

The nucleic acid molecule comprises a nucleic acid molecule encoding the precursor of the fusion insulin analogue and a nucleic acid molecule encoding the yeast secreting signal peptide α-factor. The nucleic acid molecule improves the expression of the precursor of the insulin analogue in Pichia Pastoris, and reduces the production cost of the human insulin analogue.

Disclosed is a method for preparing a precursor of a recombinant human insulin or an analogue thereof, comprising: a. bacterial fermentation, centrifuging a fermentation broth in a continuous flow to collect a supernatant; b. filtering the supernatant in step (a) by means of a hollow fiber membrane and collecting the filtrate; and c. purifying the filtrate in step (b) by means of a chromatography column. The method has the advantages of streamlined steps, scalability, no use of organic solvents, high yield, etc. The purity of the insulin precursor can exceed 90%, the host cell protein removal rate exceeds 90%, and the exogenous DNA removal rate is 89% or greater, achieving less than 0.1 ng/mg.
