A method of a wireless communication device comprised in a cluster of devices is disclosed. The devices of the cluster are associable with a cluster subscription identifier of a subscription providing communication between a network node and the cluster (based on a single identifier associated with the cluster) when one or more of the devices are in a cluster communication mode. The wireless communication device may have one of a cluster communication gateway role and a cluster internal communication role. The cluster communication gateway role comprises transmitting a cluster communication beacon signal, maintaining a communication link to the network node, and maintaining peer-to-peer communication links to the other devices of the cluster. The cluster internal communication role comprises maintaining at least a peer-to-peer communication link to a specific device having the cluster communication gateway role. A received signal is scanned for a beacon signal and (if the beacon signal is found) it is determined, based on the cluster subscription identifier, whether the beacon signal is associated with the subscription. If the beacon signal is associated with the subscription, the identity of the specific device is determined based on the beacon signal, a cluster communication attach request is transmitted to the specific device, and a cluster communication attach response is received from the specific device. The present invention relates to a diagnostic biomarker, a method for identifying the diagnostic biomarker, and a diagnostic method using the diagnostic biomarker. Specifically, the present invention uses a ratio of ncRNAs as a diagnostic biomarker, identifies optimal ncRNAs pair associated with diseases based on SVM-RFE algorithm, and then uses the same for diagnosis of the diseases. 1. A method for identifying a diagnostic biomarker in a biological sample from a patient group , comprising the steps of:(1) determining species of ncRNA in the biological sample;(2) determining amount of each ncRNA species in the biological sample;(3) calculating ratio of the amount of any two ncRNA species in the biological sample;(4) calculating ratio of any two ncRNA species based on average of each ncRNA species from the patient group;(5) identifying optimal ncRNA pairs using a support vector machine recursive feature elimination (SVM-RFE) algorithm; and(6) using the ratio of ncRNA pair as a standard to classify the biological sample.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said ncRNA is miRNA claim 1 , snoRNA claim 1 , piRNA claim 1 , siRNA or tRNA.3. The method of claim 1 , wherein in step (1) the ncRNA species is determined by RNA extraction and small molecular RNA sequencing.4. The method of claim 1 , wherein in step (2) the amount of plasma ncRNAs is determined by quantitative detection of RT-qPCR.5. The method of claim 1 , wherein in step (3) the ratio of two ncRNAs (ncRNA1/ncRNA2) in the same sample is determined using a comparative CT method (2) claim 1 , in which ΔCT=CT ncRNA1−CT ncRNA2 claim 1 , based on RT-qPCR data.6. A power tool and a control method, the power tool including: a functional component, a motor, a power supply module, a controller and a drive circuit including: a first drive terminal and a second drive terminal respectively electrically connected to a first power terminal and a second power terminal of the power supply module; multiple high-side switches, high-side terminals of the high-side switches being respectively electrically connected to the first drive terminal; and multiple low-side switches, low-side terminals of the low-side switches being respectively electrically connected to the second drive terminal. The controller is configured to: output a first control signal to one high-side switch to make it in an on or off state; and output a second control signal to one low-side switch to make it in the other state; wherein the low-side terminal of one high-side switch is connected to the high-side terminal of one low-side switch.
