Цель изобретения - повышение безопасности работы. В случае обрыва одного из соединительных шлангов при подъеме или опускании автомобилей жидкость не поступает в сливную магистраль 17, давление в которой резко падает, питание на электромагнит 15 не подается. Гидрораспределитель 14 переводится в нейтральное положение. Поток жидкости из напорной магистрали 21 перекрывается, полости нагнетания и слива непосредственно соединяются с баком насосной станции и под весом вывешенного автомобиля жидкость вытекает через разрыв шланга. При этом штоки 4, 5, 6 опускаются и автомобиль возвращается в первоначальное положение. 2 ил.

The heavy vehicle wheel lifter, designed to increase the clearance beneath a bus or truck to allow an axle stand or block to be inserted, comprises a lengthwise element with a wedge (4) and rollers (23) at each end to fit under the vehicle wheel, which is then raised by pneumatic chamebrs (6) equipped with return springs (10). The lengthwise element is mounted on rollers (22) for greater manoeuvrability, and it can be made telescopic or equipped with a mechanism to allow the distance between the wedges to be adjusted to fit the wheel. A three-way control valve (13) allows the pneumatic chambers to be inflated/deflated as required. A lower latch member has a forward end, a middle portion and a rearward end with the middle portion pivotally connected near the lower inner side of one of the lift arms. An extremely compact, trailerable vehicle ramp that utilizes a unique, economical manner of locking the lift and raising the vehicle that is adapted to provide both safety and convenience for the user. The lift can be locked into a horizontal position with the base frame raised so that it can be towed to the desired location, such as a racetrack. Once there, the frame can quickly be lowered hydraulically until it rests on the ground simultaneously effecting the locking of the wheels. With the retraction of a couple of pins the two ramps may be tilted down at the rear and a vehicle driven on it forward until the vehicle's front wheels reach the stops in the ramp tracks. The rear of the ramp tracks may now be raised hydraulically until the ramp tracks are horizontal and the vehicle has been raised off the ground. The rear of the ramp tracks may be locked up. In this position the lift ramp is perfectly positioned beneath the center of the vehicle's frame. The lift ramp may be raised hydraulically as well if additional work space is required beneath the vehicle, or the vehicle tires are to be removed.

The system enables the existing wire puller to be transported and physically oriented to address a broader range of overhead wire pulling applications on jobsites. A wheeled cart facilitates traversing throughout jobs and vertical wire-puller mounting, thereby mitigating space constraints while allowing for easier set-up and a broader range of uses. Various interchangeable end adapters facilitate temporary coupling and stabilization with respect to different conduit sizes.

Where said invention is comprised of a hydraulic jack secured in a horizontal position within a frame assembly. A tooling adapter is fitted on the end of the piston rod so that the piston rod may push against the pallet jack's load wheel pin when the piston rod is extended. The frame assembly is slid underneath the forks of the pallet jack and the hydraulic jack's piston rod is aligned with the pallet jack load wheel pins that are to be removed. 본 발명은 자동차용 리프트에 관한 것으로, 자동차를 리프트가 위치된 장소로 이동하여 작업하지 않고, 리프트를 자동차가 위치한 장소로 이동시켜 간단히 리프팅 한 후 바퀴 교환 등의 정비 작업을 할 수 있도록 하는 자동차 정비용 리프트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사각의 베이스 프레임에 X자형 인양바로 승하강 되는 사각의 인양 프레임을 설치하되 상기 인양 프레임은 한 쌍의 인양 실린더로 인양바를 펼치거나 접어서 승하강이 이루어지고, 상기 베이스 프레임의 전후방에는 회동축을 설치하되 상기 회동축의 전후방 측면으로는 회전바퀴와 고정바퀴를 설치하고, 상기 회동축은 베이스 프레임의 중앙에 설치된 바퀴 실린더에 회동링크를 결합시켜 전후로 배치된 체인을 당기게 하되 상기 체인의 선단은 회동축의 형성된 돌기에 걸어주어 체인을 당기면 회동축이 하강하면서 회전바퀴와 고정바퀴로 베이스 프레임을 들어주게 하고, 상기 한 쌍의 인양 실린더는 인양바를 연결하는 연결바에 L자형 회동 브라켓으로 결합되어 인양 실린더로 인양바를 펼치거나 접어주게 하고, 상기 회동 브라켓을 양쪽으로 연결하는 회동봉에는 잠금장치를 설치하는 한편 인양 실린더에도 일정 간격의 래칫바를 설치하고, 상기 잠금장치의 안전레버로 당겨지는 와이어에 의해 들려져 스톱바와 래칫바가 분리되는 한편 안전레버를 당기지 않으면 스톱바와 래칫바가 맞물려 인양 프레임이 하강되지 않게 하고, 상기 인양 프레임의 모서리 외측에는 자동차를 받치는 패드가 끼워진 회전암을 회동되게 설치하고, 상기 베이스 프레임에는 배터리 전원을 이용하는 모터를 설치하는 한편 인양 프레임의 승,하강을 조작하는 한편 안전레버가 구비된 리모콘을 구비하고, 상기 베이스 프레임의 전방 중앙에는 견인대가 끼워지는 견인고리를 설치함으로써 이루어진다.
