A rotating tapering cone or tube is used for separating liquid from trash. The cone or tube is constructed of either a wire mesh or parallel slats. The cone or tube is located in a complete trash disposal system. At the front of the system there is a trash intake funnel which delivers the trash to a device for shredding the trash which will deliver the shredded trash to the tapered cone including a high speed air stream. The tube is rotated at a high rate of speed whereby any fluid in the shredded trash will be expelled through the surface of the tube by way of a centrifugal and an intensive air speed. 1. A trash drying system consisting of a trash intake , said trash intake delivers the trash to a shredder located within a shredder housing , means for delivering the shredded trash into a tapered expulsion tube rotating at high speed , means for creating a high speed air stream by a fan motor including means for delivering said air stream into said tapered expulsion tube , said tapered expulsion tube having an open mesh surface , any fluid present in said shredded trash will be expelled through said mesh surface by way of a centrifugal force and a high air pressure.2. A system is disclosed for drying a material to liberate a substance such as a liquid having a vapor pressure from solids and/or dissolved substances in the material. The system includes a plenum chamber and a blower providing a stream of air to the plenum chamber. An outlet communicates with the plenum chamber and a velocity accelerator is disposed downstream of the outlet. The velocity accelerator is arranged to receive air from the outlet of the plenum chamber into a progressively narrowing interior passageway terminating at a downstream choke point orifice. The choke point orifice discharges into a larger diameter discharge region. A throttle body is disposed in the discharge region and is selectively movable toward and away from the choke point orifice to decrease or increase the volume of the discharge region. The present invention provides a drying device for a wall structure, the device comprising an inflatable drying mat () of lightweight plastic sheeting and generally comprising a floor engaging portion (), a wall engaging portion (), an outwardly facing portion () that extends between an outer edge portion () of the floor engaging portion () and an upper edge portion () of the wall engaging portion () to define a triangular cross-section when in use and connected to an air mover. The drying mat also comprising opposite end portions () that closes the mat () to form an inflatable configuration when in use. The floor engaging portion () and the wall engaging portion () are both provided with a multiplicity of apertures whereby, when the mat () is deployed against a wall structure and an air mover is attached to the mat () air passes through the multiplicity of apertures to dry the wall structure. The drying device also comprises at least one funnel-like apparatus () having a nozzle () whereby, when both sides of a wall structure are to be subjected to drying air from an air mover, the nozzle(s) () are inserted in pre-prepared apertures in the wall structure. In use of the drying device, a deflated mat () is laid on a floor and against a wall structure to be dried. The air mover is then powered up whereupon the mat () is deployed automatically against the wall to a height in excess of one metre without any outside assistance. 1. A steam distributor includes a front screen equipped with steam perforations wherein the output area of at least some of the perforations can be adjusted to enable active control of the steam jet velocity. The steam velocity can be controlled independently of steam flow. The front screen is includes (i) a first plate that has a first set of apertures and (ii) a second plate that has a second set of apertures, wherein the second plate covers the first plate, and wherein the means fir varying the size of at least one of the perforations moves the first plate, the second plate, or both the first and the second plates in order to change the position of the first set of apertures relative to the second set of apertures. 1.
