The present invention discloses a frame buffer pixel circuit for a LCoS display device, wherein said circuit consists of a first transistor (M), a second transistor (M), a third transistor (M), a fourth transistor (M), a fifth transistor (M), a sixth transistor (M), a storage capacitor (C) and a pixel capacitor (C), wherein, the first transistor (M) forms a pre-charge circuit, the second transistor (M) and the third transistor (M) form a threshold voltage generating circuit, the storage capacitor (C) forms a sample and hold circuit, the fourth transistor (M), the fifth transistor (M) and the pixel capacitor (C) form an input data voltage read-in circuit, and the sixth transistor (M) forms a discharge circuit.
