СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ РАМКИ ДЛЯ ЦВЕТНЫХ КИНЕСКОПОВ

Изобретение относится к изготовлению рамки для цветных кинескопов. Предложен способ получения рамки цветного кинескопа, включающий нанесение покрытия на стальной лист, штамповку рамки из стального листа с использованием смазки, обезжиривание от смазки и термический процесс, включающий отжиг и прокаливание с последующим уплотнением и откачиванием газа. При этом на стальной лист наносят цинковое покрытие, а термический процесс проводят с осуществлением реакции образования сплава между сталью и цинком без оксидирования. Нанесение цинкового покрытия может быть осуществлено электрохимическим способом. Цветной кинескоп, полученный этим способом, включает стальную рамку с покрытием, содержащим γ- и δ-фазы, полученные путем реакции образования сплава цинка и стали термически при отжиге без оксидирования. При изготовлении PDP приготавливают в жидкофазном виде алкоксид магния (Mg(OR)2) или ацетилацетонат магния чистотой 99,95% или более и гидролизуют добавлением в раствор небольшого количества кислоты. Таким образом, формируют гель гидроксида магния, который является предшественником оксида магния. Обжигом геля на воздухе при 700°С или более получают порошок, содержащий частицы MgO 16a-16d с кристаллической структурой типа NaCl с гранями кристаллов, имеющими кристаллографическую ориентацию (100) и (111), или с гранями кристаллов, имеющими кристаллографическую ориентацию (100), (110) и (111). Порошок в виде пасты наносят на диэлектрический слой 7 или на поверхностный слой 8, при этом из порошка MgO 16 образуют защитный слой. Технический результат - проблемы с «задержкой разряда» и «зависимостью задержки разряда от температуры» разрешены улучшением защитного слоя, и тем самым PDP может приводиться в действие ...

본 발명은 음극선관 표면에 저반사 박막을 형성하여 대전에 의한 이물질 부착을 방지하고, 외부광에 의한 반사 효과를 낮추어 밝은 곳에서도 선명한 화면을 얻음과 함께 누설 전개를 차단하여 장시간 시청 시에도 눈의 피로도를 줄여 주는데 적합한 저반사 박막을 갖는 음극선관과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 패널 표면에 도전막층과 SiO 2 박막층, 도전성 폴리머층이 순차적으로 구성되고, 이런 구성을 제조함에 있어서는 패널 표면에 도전막층과 SiO 2 막층을 형성한 후 표면 예열온도를 20~90℃로 한 다음 스핀(Spin) 또는 스프레이(Spray)법으로 도전성 폴리머층을 형성시키는 것에 관한 기술이다. A high voltage input is arranged at the side of the bulb(2) and coupled to a source having 30-70kV to apply a positive potential to the laser target(6).
