Для уменьшения собственных вибраций узлов, установленных на основании внутри модуля СВЧ, введены фиксирующие элементы, соединяющие узлы с гермокрышками, образуя единую конструкцию. Крепление модуля СВЧ к внешней аппаратуре выполнено за основание и гермокрышки. Места крепления модуля СВЧ к внешней аппаратуре расположены по периметру основания и на торцах гермокрышек. 2 ил.

In order to send electromagnetic signals received on one or more first frequency bands, the method applies a transformation to the signals, by performing the following actions: selecting first frequency subbands, forming a first set of frequency subbands of the first frequency band(s); using organization rules to associate one or more second sets of frequency subbands, forming one or more second frequency bands, with each first frequency subband of the first set; and using optimization rules to determine frequency translations to transpose the signals received in the first frequency subbands into signals sent in the second frequency band(s). 1. A method for transmitting electromagnetic signals received in one or more first frequency bands , comprising:selecting first frequency sub-bands as a first set of frequency sub-bands of the first frequency band(s);in accordance with organizational rules, associating with each first frequency sub-band of the first set, one or more second sets of frequency sub-bands of one or more second frequency bands; anddetermining, for each first frequency sub-band selected, frequency translations for transposing the signals received in the first frequency sub-bands to signals transmitted in the second frequency band(s) in order to defragment the first frequency set in the second frequency band(s) by reducing width of the second frequency band.2. The current invention relates to writing or reading a pattern on a surface, such as in microlithography or inspection of mircrolithographic patterns. In particular, Applicant discloses systems recording or reading images by scanning sparse 2D point arrays or grids across the surface, e.g., multiple optical, electron or particle beams modulated in parallel. The scanning and repeated reading or writing creates a dense pixel or spot grid on the workpiece. The grid may be created by various arrays: arrays of light sources, e.g., laser or LED arrays, by lenslet arrays where each lenslet has its own modulator, by aperture plates for particle beams, or arrays of near-field emitters or mechanical probes. For reading systems, the point grid may be created by a sparse point matrix illumination and/or a detector array where each detector element sees only one spot. The idea behind the use of large arrays is to improve throughput. However, the throughput does not scale with the array size, since above a certain size of arrays, previously known schemes fall into in their own tracks and start repeating the same data over and over again. A wireless communication apparatus comprising:an antenna for receiving a reception signal transmitted from an outside and for transmitting the transmission signal to the outside;a receiving unit for demodulating the reception signal received through the antenna;a transmitting unit for generating the transmission signal to be transmitted through the antenna; anda control unit for determining a strength of the reception signal received through the antenna in order to set a strength of the transmission signal based on the strength of the reception signal.2. The wireless communication apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control unit determines the strength of the reception signal by using an AGC voltage output through the receiving unit.3. The wireless communication apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising;an analog-to-digital converting unit for receiving the AGC voltage output through the receiving unit, converting the received AGC voltage into a digital signal, and transferring the digital signal to the control unit.4.
