Absorption refrigerating method and apparatus
Реферат: 1371980 Refrigerating SARLAB AG 12 Dec 1972 [22 Dec 1971] 57210/72 Heading F4H In a continuous cycle absorption refrigerating system operating with an inert gas, a liquid heat exchanger utilizes the heat from refrigerant vapours produced in or by a generator before they pass to a condenser (not shown) through a pipe 29 to heat cold rich absorption solution flowing to a liquid circulation pump 15 from an absorber vessel 23 through a conduit 24. In operation of the apparatus, the rich solution is at a higher liquid level 38 in the absorber vessel than a level 20 in a reaction column 21 for the pump 15, the lower level 20 being dependent on the interaction between liquid flow restricting means in the conduit 24 and the capacity of the pump. The liquid flow restricting means may comprise a spiral wire or groove (not shown) within the conduit 24 or a space 39 formed in the liquid heat exchanger by an inverted V or U formation of the conduit 24 which is effective to collect inert gas and vapours to produce a bubble or liquid level 42 which inhibits the flow of rich solution therepast. The portion 26 of the conduit 24 downstream of the restricting means is in heat exchange relationship with a conduit 27 through which the vapours from the pump 15 and conduit 19 flow in countercurrent. The conduits 26, 27 may be connected together at a point 41 where, during normal operation, the rich solution is close to its boiling point to enable vapours generated therefrom to combine with the vapour in the conduit 27 and any condensate formed in the conduit 27 to flow back to the vapour generator in countercurrent to the vapours. Alternatively, the conduits may both terminate adjacent the reaction column 21 above the liquid level 20. A conduit 36 through which weak solution from the generator to the absorber (not shown) together with the conduits 26, 27 may be concentrically mounted, wound in a coil or of flattened cross-section.
